I think Halliday is easily good enough. He's been one of the better and most consistent players this season in my opinion

I've no idea where we will ultimately finish but it'll be similar to last year. There isn't circa 12 better squads than ours. Lots of hype this year around other teams, not seeing lots to actually back it up.

 

You keep mentioning them and not in a positive way. Lets be honest we'd all love to have them on board, look at what they've done for the town of Wrexham. They could have done more for Bradford than Bradford council have done for decades in terms of publicity.

The player in question is Tyreik Wright on-loan.

We went in for him 5-6 weeks ago and were told to wait nearer the end of pre-season. We’re approaching that time where they need to decide. They have just signed Morgan Whittaker, which could help our cause, but conversations have fallen quiet over the past week.

Right now, from what I understand, it’s 50:50.

Add Pointon as an 'IN'. He will have a part to play this term and replaces Dion/Nevers/Costelleo all roled into one.

 

This summer looks like a cost cutting exercise to me. Although, we shouldn't lose sight of where we've handed out long term contracts to players who feature little, or who've even moved on. Oliver, East, Young, Derbyshire, Hendrie, Odusina were all given 2 or 3 year contracts. What a waste of money!
