7 midfielders on our books and not one of them can play the holding role. It's like having Rahic in charge of recruitment again.

He’s getting less than zero service, been made to do donkeys work for absolutely nothing in return. I actually feel sorry for him.

When bowyer signed his contract he said it would take 2/3 transfer windows to get the squad he wants to progress, so far he has had one. Ok the football could be better and more like yesterdays first half is what we would like most games, however ask yourself this would you have taken a playoff spot going into xmas with a game hand on most 99% of us would so let's stop getting downbeat also had Doyle not done so well at Swindon would we really be bothered about him.

Tell that to the fans who have endured the dross served up at the last 4 away games, all long distance and little reward. It’s a huge kick in the balls to fans when they spend so much hard earned cash following this team. Last season it was the players not turning up, however now we have a decent squad you can only blame the manager. Absolutely clueless he is, how on earth do you reach this stage of a season and still not know your best starting 11 or have a settled formation?? GB got away with his poor management last season as they weren’t his players, and rightly so. He now has a team at his disposal who are players he has chosen not to offload and ones he has signed, so this speaks volumes to me

“we go again” he said yesterday in his interview. Idiot

Still can't get my head around how we've managed to recruit so badly on the management front again? Literally been handed a top 3 budget, the best strikers in the league and can't create any chances or get any goals in the side. He should be ashamed. He's a disgrace. Any forward thinking manager we would be comfortably on the same points if not more than Swindon. Just can't get my head around why he's making it so difficult when he's been backed financially. The board have played their part, when is he going to step up to the plate. We are sleepwalking into midtable mediocrity with him at the helm. What a waste of an opportunity this season has been. No side is there to fear this year but we've played with fear since August.

The lack of coaching is palpable. The players dont know what they should be doing, particularly with the ball.

Times up now. All depends if the club have a shred of ambition. I doubt it.

One of the worst mistakes the club made was keeping him as assistant.

    He needs to go also.

We're just one of many in that position though, we had it in the bag at one point.

Now there's a glut of teams and nothing between them.

We might be fifth, but we've been clawed back by the peloton.

    Matter of time now.

We're too much of an irrelevance to be a laughing stock of any significance.

You're right in that he doesnt seem to have a system or style to suit the players - but this is largely his squad! He could pick a side based entirely on his own signings. He has a striker that's proven to be massively prolific when used correctly - but its patently obvious that he doesnt know how to use him.

The fact that he cant get a tune out of these players, with performances becoming more and more disjointed and less and less effective, is an indictment on his coaching ability. Hes been very, very well backed. He's underperforming in relation to the resources hes been given.

All clubs have a fickle fan element, but I dont think this is about that. Often, you get a land swell of fan opinion that can see beyond the surface and frame a view of the longer game. We had plenty of fans who called out Rahic for being a lunatic early on - 'show us your proof!'. Fans who saw our performances in McCalls second season and who called out our early playoff position as being false, predicting relegation the following season as we started to drop down the league - 'what an overreaction, we were in the playoff final last season!'.

I think this is similar. Early season form, especially at home was skewed by elements of fortune - penalties and red cards. And I know you have to earn the penalties, but we were far from convincing in most games.

Fans are looking at the level of performance, looking at the resources we have and theyre plotting out their likely prediction for the coming weeks. Stick with Bowyer and I think we'll fall out of the playoffs, let alone the autos. We cant hang around in this league for more than a season. We have the bulk of a squad that's good enough and with a change or two, and a proper coach, I think we'd storm the top 3.

Get Bowyer out, get a decent coach in who can make a change or two with the window open - a proper midfield enforcer and a left winger, and we'd fly.

A bit of ambition for once.

He's taking the piss out the fans now with these sort of comments. He is really losing the plot.

"I always look at the positives and from going 2-0 up back to 2-2, I’ve seen teams rock and then they concede a third.

“But the lads responded and went again and tried to get the winner. We’ve got to dust ourselves down."

I was told this weeks ago, from someone I trust and know to be connected - and I've heard similar from elsewhere - our coaching focuses almost entirely on defensive shape, set pieces and opposition threats. Not much technical work and even less around building patterns of play. And players are starting to question certain methods and tactics. I dont think players dislike Bowyer, but the methods seem outdated. Now, there might be the usual scepticism around 'ITK', but I'd simply point to performances. Its laid bare.

Reeves was awful today and has been getting worse. When he came back, he looked very good. He should be getting better, not worse. Same with many of them. Is anyone improving under Bowyer? I dont see it. I see many who arent performing as expected, and who seem to be getting worse.

Mate, I knew he was the wrong appointment for the club it was clear.

He came in a made no difference what so ever. Rhodes was talking about us having 11 games to play to stay up etc etc. The man for that was Steve Evans as the players and whole club needed a kick up the behind to sort itself out. Anyway, Bowyer comes in and Rhodes gives his mate Bowyer a 2 year contract based on failure. I saw nothing to suggest how we would play. I saw no footballing identity from him.

People laughed when I said we needed a Nolan or Kewell as manager, I think I even said I would get Stephen Warnock in. The reason I was suggesting these names is I believe these players need someone to look up too. They're weak but if player had been there done that, played at the highest level it would give them hope.(think Wellens if you want) It would inspire them. Stephen Warnock hammered our training at the school and I have never seen @wetherbywhaler@wetherbywhaler on here fast enough. Warnock is right. A club like Bradford City shouldn't be training at a bloody school. A person like Warnock would be telling Rhodes to tell Rupp what is required and the players would respect that. It's about having aims.

Anyway, we roll on. Bowyer who's CV isn't great and normally is on rolling contracts, talks about Blackpool a lot was happy to accept Drury as his number 2. Do you think Evans or Warnock would of done that? Drury is one of the problems at the club. He Is the common denominator of our failure! It's no shock rumours of the players hating training under Drury and Bowyer. For Bowyer to accept Dury as his number 2 highlighted to me he was just happy to be in a job. We don't need a manager just wanting a pay day. We want a winner! Not a manager just trying not to lose.

Then the loan deal for Doyle to Swindon. I heard Bowyer saying he didn't want Doyle to go etc ok, this is your top scorer in div 1 and we're letting him go to Swindon who are in the top 10 teams points gained in 2019 in the country? They will be a rival. Bowyer was weak! That deal highlighted the lack of footballing knowledge in the club. Doyle goes on to score 23 goals for Swindon who now sit top of the league. Power and Jewell must of been laughing at Bradford City and Rhodes. You do deals like this in Jan not when you know the make up of the league not the start of the season.

The club is weak from top to bottom and hates to be challenged on and off the pitch. The Reeves situation is an embarrassment. The man comes back, named captain and is shocking.

Rhodes seems not to want anyone that will challenge him.

We can't blame Edin now, it's Rhodes, Rupp and Bowyer!

Bowyer needs to leave as he's killing the club, Rhodes needs to decide if he's taken the club as far as he can and Rupp needs to think about selling at a major loss because it's not working out for him.

Managers would love to work with our squad. Bowyer is failing massively and needs to be sacked now. He can't even get the best out of a 23 goals man. He's done! Finished. An extremely poor manager! Fans have had enough of him no matter what. The relationship just isn't working. He's not connecting with the fans no matter what he says and his football is utter sh&te.

We need to plan and we need an identity. We need our Bradford City back!
