We've the worst away record in the top 7
Lost 6 games this season which is around as the others in the top 7.

 

I like the comparison with Heskey although he always had pace.

 

Looks like we’re scrambling around looking for a keeper. Who’s going to commit to a loan deal just to cover a relatively short term injury. Bad management not to have reliable backup. Silly cost cutting that could cost us dear.

 

To be fair Hornby seems a decent back up and was man of match for Fylde in their FA cup tie at Sheff Utd. Seems to get good reports in the league games for Fylde, he's almost certainly better than the German back ups from a couple of years ago.

 

I certainly wouldn't tell him to his face "he can't hit a barn door" he's a big lad is our Donaldo .

it is the away results that are not great, 13 goals scored, 14 conceded, in 13 games. Scunny are event worse than us away from home! The top away teams are the ones currently in the autos, were going to have to match them away if we don’t want the playoffs.

Agree our away form puts the pressure on the team to make no mistakes at Valley Parade.

I've had enough of the inept and boring retric after another absolute disgraceful performance.

 

The lack of coaching is palpable. The players dont know what they should be doing, particularly with the ball.

 

Times up now. All depends if the club have a shred of ambition. I doubt it.

 

Give a competent manager a chance this window, how long do we have to put up with this?

 

We've to sack Bowyer.

People might look at it and say we're in 5th and 2 points off automatic places but anyone that goes to the games knows that the football Bowyer is dishing out is awful.

The players look lost and the fans not happy.

Get rid of Bowyer.. get a manager in that at least has an attacking football as a blueprint and let's give this league a real. If we don't go up then least we have a platform to build on for next season.

Gary Bowyer isn't right for Bradford City and we are not right for Gary Bowyer.

Rhodes and Rupp have to pull the trigger and get rid of him now as we're all wasting our time every day he is manager here.

 

3 wins in 10? Automatics my arse. We'd be lucky to even get to the playoffs.

I deliberately looked at our starts to each half today..

1st - We had our first shot (blocked effort from Vaughan) before that Scunthorpe had had 5 efforts on goal with one being the great one on one save from McGee.

2nd - Our first shot in the 53rd minute or 8 minutes in (break away effort from Cooke) Scunthorpe had 4 shots proper prior to this and were completely dominating us.

It is dreadful, the attacking intent is non existent and then to blame the players for not passing forward when they literally have no such options due to the negative set up.

We should thank Gary Bowyer for stabilisating this club but I truly believe he has taken us as far as he can.
