I strongly disagree. They are genuine Bradford City supporters and have the club at heart. Yes, I think their approach to Edin was misguided, but any criticism of that should be constructive and not vitriolic. More than ever, we need to pull together.

The location will be based upon the advice we get from the various bodies responsible for fan safety, stewarding and policing.
I agree that whatever is done, some people might not be happy. Our role at the club is to improve the overall fan experience for the many whilst trying to take account and minimise any concerns along the way.
I can assure you that if a Fanzone comes about, it's format will be fan led.marshy77, bantamdave41, RonnieBrown and 1 other person like this. -

Hi Glenn, would it be possible to suggest the idea of a food bank collection point at home games? Other clubs have food bank collections and it seems really popular and would definitely help the more deprived in our City. Has this ever been suggested/thought about?

The use of the T.L. Dallas stand is down to demand from visiting Clubs and any policing/stewarding is determined by the SAG (Safety Advisory Group) which is comprised of representatives of the Club, Local Authority and Emergency Services. Thus use based on demand and as you will have seen there were games last season, e.g. Sunderland, Wimbledon, Barnsley, to name but three where Dallas and Midland Road were both used for away fans.Stoneski, Dratsab taf, Bronco and 1 other person like this. -
Kop Update from today:
You can't hear a bloody thing from the PA in the kop.
Toilets acceptable but no hot water and driers useless.
Seats and walkways very clean.
Side issue. How can people sit with their dirty feet on the seat in front of them if it is unoccupied. If I'd have done that or anything similar when I was young I'd have been walloped from pillar to post. It was a golden rule that you never put your feet on anything someone had to sit on.
Food and drink: no idea as I never touch either insiide the ground but I have to say that those selling them were Chavimus Maximus.
Smoking area. Didn't get to see it so don't know if it's still being tolerated.
Pre-match. Ok.Manc Bantam, Bronco, boltonroad and 1 other person like this. -

I see Coventry have released a two-tone kit “third” kit which commemorates the local area and two-tone ska movement, with some proceeds going to the Kick It Out campaign.
This shirt is receiving great feedback from many football fans, not just those who support Coventry.

It would be nice to think we could start planning a commemorative/charity type shirt for next season?
We saw the Listers Mill mock up while ago which is iconic, and there’s bound to be a worthwhile Bradford charity who could benefit. These things have to be planned early, so could it be put to the club?CRASS, Allotment Bantam, Hugh Jarse and 1 other person like this. -
Haven’t bought food/drink at the ground for years. The quality first, the queues second and finally the prices are enough to firmly put me off. I can survive from 2.30 until after 6.00 pm without an alcoholic drink and food, I take a flask of decent coffee with me.

The state of the stadium toilets are not up to standard, I pay for a suite upgrade before the game and the toilets upstairs are clean warm and well decorated, However I like to sit in the normal seats for the game with friends and the toilets for the fans in these areas are cold, functional to say the least, They look dirty and unkempt and must be embarrassing if you have small children, I would certainly not bring any kids to have to use them, They are in need of a desperate upgrade instead of the basic it will do for the punters mentality, Those going to away games will have noticed other grounds facilities are much more modern and better,

Make it more enjoyable/engaging for kids.
My sons 8 and he’s stopped wanting to go. And it isn’t just about the results/entertainment.
We went to a premier league game a few weeks ago and on entry, all kids were given an activity pack which has a small picture poster, some stickers and a ‘bingo sheet’ of in-match events to tick off. There was a small bag of sweets too. The bingo sheet especially was a great idea - it kept him engaged and watching the whole game. Might sound trivial, but his enjoyment factor is a crucial element in whether we’ll renew our STs, as there are plenty of other things we’d enjoy doing together instead.Stop hovering to collapse... In terms of decorating stairways and concourse etc (going out on a limb here) could we get some local graffiti artists to pimp them up with some City style artwork instead of magnolia? Colourful but City related.
Fanzone would be great but where? Midland Rd closed so maybe on there, could attract the North Parade bars and local eateries, Mamma Mias sponsor so pizzas and curry and other foods? But would impact upon inside sales potentially?
Catering inside needs to be improved vastly. A burger from 'dog burger' van @ Accrington was far superior than a burger inside VP.
More steps @ NW Corner by free school to 1911 entrance to aid congestion as it gets packed there before and after games. There is grass there so wouldn't take much to create a whole series of steps to ease congestion.
Just a few thoughts for now.
But good from @Glenn Ackroyd , engaging with the fans.Wakefield Bantam, BradfordBanter and Onside like this. -
Got to agree. I sit in the Bantams Bar and the toilets are not good. I go with my Dad who is 80 and has a problem with needing the toilet a lot (sure it will happen to all of us at some point!) They are certainly not the nicest. We are not asking for anything palatial, but somewhere clean and tidy and with the availability to lock the door and then wash your hands afterwards with warm water and be able to dry them isn't much to ask!
