They shouldn't extend the deal at all, and definitely not give anything away to those who bought before the deadline. Christ we've already got the cheapest season tickets in the country. It's ridiculous to suggest more money is taken away from the finances. Just goes to show how our low prices are taken for granted.

The club is in regular contact with Stephen Darby. Discussions are taking place and it is for Stephen to decide what he would like to do and when. The club will support him in any way that we can.

Thanks for the update, but are you seriously just going to ignore the people telling you that the sound system is not working because it was checked and found to be “fine” earlier in the week? I would gladly invite you to come and sit next to me in the Kop for the Cambridge game and let’s see what you think of it then.

That’s one of, if not the nicest kit design I’ve ever seen.

    Hi,

I've reported this to Paula Watson, Head of Operations who will raise it with the Council. I'll keep you updated.

We have various areas of the ground that offer different forms of relaxation/mingling etc for different peoples budgets on match days.

The 1911 Lounge has a bar, soft seating and live TV, Michael Shackleton meets and greets sponsors along with welcoming people into the corporate boxes.

In the Legends Suite, Laura Hutchinson looks after all of the guests including the Main Match and Associate sponsors working alongside Ian Cooper and Jimmy Cuthbertson. Again this has the game on live TV with 3-course dining, a legends guest speaker and the man of the match presentation.

We also have Ambassadors Malcolm Scott and Mike Smith operating in the other lounges.

From Saturday's game alone, follow up meetings have been arranged with a number of sponsors.

When we invite potential sponsors to the ground we always meet in a box overlooking the pitch with soft seating.

And because I enjoy the game in the boardroom, where appropriate I can invite current or potential sponsors to join me. I have a number of people coming to upcoming games.

I would think all the supporters groups have something to offer. If you are not happy with BCST (and, given the way the dealt with Edin, I can well understand why), then its free to join and it wouldn't take many votes to effect a change of direction.

You certainly can't base not renewing on the financial situation. £150 is one step away from giving them away. Countless ways to pay, what with 0% credit cards and the like. I can get people not wanting to renew after the shite witnessed for the best part of two seasons and league 2 football is barely professional, but no excuse on the price front.

Sadly, yes; another one with a large ego, who spent other people's money. That said, when it came to the PR side, he certainly knew his stuff.

Now that the season is at an end, in the next couple of weeks, there is a head of department meeting to go through plans for summer and next season when the topics that you've referred to will be included.

A fans forum event is included in that discussion. I'd like to get one fixed up before the start of next season and it will be an evening.

    An open invitation.

The club is working at all levels to increase fan engagement
    • Monthly Meeting with the Community Trust (which includes Disability, Ladies and LGBT).
    • Looking to have local fans forums with Supporter Groups
    • Holding monthly Supporters Board meetings
    • Holding open fans forums to all fans at the club
    • Engaging on forums (like now :) )
There will be more details of other initiatives which will be announced over summer.

Car parking is restricted and with even tighter restrictions next year, it is a challenge.

Regarding food/drink the plan is for street food/craft beer etc. An alternative to the experience inside for those who want variety.

Problem is this sort of stuff is it should have already been done. A simple walk round the stadium or quick read of the comments in here over the years would give you a good indication. It should be a proactive strategy to deal with this stuff not reactive.
Feedback from supporters is very important. After all, we’re the ones that use the facilities. But if we keep having the same questions asked it will become criticism rather than feedback.

He's not Voldemort, you can say his name m8. :eyes:

That's good to hear but Paula should have been aware and focused on it prior to the match. Too late now. The regular ST holders know how terrible the hygiene in the ground is. The new potential fans that we should have been impressing (with clean toilet facilities!) should have seen us at our best. Inexcusable negligence. Downright dirty.
