Well done both yourself and Roger taking our thoughts back to the people who may be able to do some of the things above, accepting many may not be able to get done at the moment, we have far more important things on our minds.

 

Just one more thing Glen, What has happened to Friends of Bradford City, They always seemed a keen pro active bunch, We need to encourage another group or support them in getting back to the real support group they were

 

@Glenn Ackroyd thanks for looking into the click and collect option . Understable it Carnt happen if the platform isn’t there . Can I suggest that the club shop staff correctly label the price of items on the little tag on the item . I’ve been in loads of times and things had the wrong price on or no price at all . I’ve walked out a few times because I couldn’t be bothered to queue to find out the price of something . It’s not something I wanted too do . Make it easy as possible for the customer .

 

First rule of retailing, 1, If you do not price it the customer will not buy it, simples but basic retailing

Isn't the issue of pressure points on match days easily solved by disabling click-and-collect on same-day purchases?

I'm not sure what e-commerce system is in use, but running an end-of-day/week report the evening before should make click-and-collect pretty easy as long as customers know that if they order Saturday morning, they're not going to be able to pick at up 2 pm the same day.

Genuinely think click and collect options could easily cover the cost of an extra member of staff on match days to oversee collections (if required).

 

I am sure that re the 'shirt off my back' promotion that most folk are hoping to win 2nd prize......

Why were only half the food kiosk's open last night in the lower kop? Took ages to get served.
Would it be possible to make card payments an option in every food kiosk in the ground?

I've flagged this with Dale and all items should be priced. Earlier in the season, the club didn't have the equipment to price up so some items had to be done manually.

If the odd item has been missed, simply raise it with Dale or his team. It's not intentional and he'll happily fix the issue if he's made aware of it.

 

It is fair to say that the club's engagement with supporters groups, including Friend's of Bradford City has dwindled during 2018 for a variety of reasons. The troubled times recently has undoubtedly caused a disconnect between fans and the club but this is something that we aim to rectify.

Michael Shackleton who is the Commercial Manager here worked for many years with Friends of Bradford City and it is a passion of his. They, along with the many Supporters Group do a brilliant job at a local and community level and help the club with revenue and fan-funded initiatives.

We are currently re-igniting the Clubs Supporters Board which includes representation from the prominent supporter's groups as well as FOBC and we plan to schedule the next meeting in a few weeks.

 

Does the BCST have any involvement and can we please make them irrelevant and not have any association with the club? I'm not sure I can waste any more of my life reading one of Mannys 300 page dossiers of waffle.

 

It was more said in jest @StaffordBantam, the more the supporters have a voice the better. I respect anyone that dedicates time to try make change happen to something their passionate about but in Mannys case it tends to end up with a novel and a whole lot of self importance.

 

The upper kop PA problem has nothing to do with volume. The muffled distorted noise that comes through can be heard but not understood. Surprised servicing has taken place. It's been like it for years.

 

They have a representation. The Supporters Board is a broad church. It's a great way to funnel feedback, ideas and input from fans and likewise for us to formulate policies and ideas that can be openly shared with supporters groups and forums.

 

I'd rather join ISIS.
