Ok, but you obviously cant be balanced on this subject and view things objectively.

Dont get too upset when folk criticise Cook for been a petulant, lazy bastard from time to time because sometimes thats exactly what he is.

Some strange folk support City, sometimes you can fair pick-up the irritated undertones of someone when they've slated Cook for been a lazy lard-arse sitting on a long contract, then he has the audacity to score! Haha...

We had similar with Jimmy Hanson.
I recall one oaf on here wishing injury on him, so he couldn't be picked!

I've never called him overweight. I've also never said he's not an excellent striker. Because he isn't overweight and he is an excellent striker.

He has had poor games, and games where he's looked dis interested and has moaned at everyone. That's annoying. You can't just say it's down to poor service, because that's lazy on his part. If somethings not working for you, go and get it. Do some work for yourself... it's not hard mate.

I'm a positive poster, not a "happy clapper" but none of the players in the squad have any credit in the bank with me so everything i'm judging is from this season alone. And I call it as I see it, that's my opinion.

Tactics or otherwise he had an excellent game on Tuesday.

That reverse pass on Tuesday to Odour when he scored. Cookie just see's the pass. Didn't he also hit the pass to Odour when he shot and Kavanah picked up the rebound. Seems he likes to play with pace around him. Brought the best out of him on Tuesday. GA should stick with that set up as all the forward three scored. We looked dangerous on the break.

Looking at todays game and Notts C away live and three missed pens and other games Cook could be on thirty odd goals already. amazing ....

 

Cook is a real head scratcher I watch him some games and think at 46 and 19 stone I could probably get s game, then he scores 1/2 and it’s ok yea we have a player

if he could control his eating and ball he would be premier league
