I’d imagine it’d no longer be an issue.

I would imagine the PPU have advised us he is not allowed to train with us at our current facilities, and as such we've decided to suspend him as he wouldn't be around the club or his team mates if he can't train.
if the police drop the charges the restrictions will also be dropped. meaning he's free to train.rmbenson007 and marshy77 like this. -

I would be absolutely astonished if our budget is higher than Salford's. Even Mansfield have built/are building a Hilton Hotel by their stadium and have sacked their manager after not meeting their objective of automatic promotion, that doesn't sound like a low budget either. Top 7 probably, the best definitely not.Stafford Bantam and Ricc like this. -

It was more a fact of Rahic suffocating McCall out of the club but not backing him, then the window after he’d gone he threw plenty of money around, not his like. Gave him the chance to play football manager. He knows football you know!
I’ve never believed we’re broke or the admin rumours. Obviously we have debt, Colchester have a bloody bigger debt than us though I don’t see why people get so hysterical at a club in debt. 90% are.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... It is initially set at £1.2 million, excluding National Insurance Contributions and bonuses, although it is expected to rise to around £1.5 million by the end of the season and will be adjusted upwards further in response to any cup/windfall income.Stop hovering to collapse... "Ryan and Mick talked about the restrictions they experienced working for Edin, and the consequences of certain decisions the former chairman took"
Good to hear Stefan will cover monies required to cover past losses and present budgets going forward, get May out and we might hear about new signings etc, which always raises expectations for the coming season whoever arranged this we fans thank you @Glenn Ackroyd /@wetherbywhaler ? .rmbenson007 likes this. -
Does Rupp put in the extra based on the potential sale, because he's already said he'd cover any additional debt if the transfer doesn't happen, or does Bowyer recruit on the worse case scenario and miss out on potentially better players?
Good article overall though and although some won't like it, we have to be patient which can and probably will, lead to frustration for some.Faithful Bantam likes this. -
Great article and a very welcome read.
Out of them 16 players you'd expect around 4/5 to leave. I think the budget suits the level we are at and seems in line with what the rest of the league will be budgetting.
The regular communication seems adequate and you have to give the club time now to build bridges. Rupp seems to be sticking to his word and putting money in still. Hopefully once GB returns from holiday we'll see some new players coming in and current ones leaving.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Next he'd get 10 goals all season, 4 of which are penalties, having missed a further 4.Onside likes this. -
I just can't see any demand for most of the players, even if we give 'em away. Six I'll be happy with, any more and it's a great big 'Brucie' for all of us.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...Johnny Yen likes this. -

If the budget's going to be tight, then I reckon it's entirely reasonable to ask just how long the club have to hang around waiting for the likes of Reeves and Robinson?
I know that the situation is beyond Robinson's control, but aren't we approaching the point where Reeves has to decide if he's going to play football again and if it's going to be with Bradford City? I think it's becoming clear that the club can't afford any passengers. In any other type of employment taking over a year out of a job would almost certainly lead to a contract getting terminated I expect. Regardless of the reason for the absence.rmbenson007 likes this.
