There are so many aspects of our match day experience that are just shoddy and amateurish, and go back years before the Rahic era. Besides the public address system, the toilets, the website, and the PR there are the ticket fiascos, the filthy state of the seats and the ground in general, the disgusting food and overpriced drinks, notice boards containing information years out of date, adverts for betting kiosks that no longer exist, stewarding that is over aggressive when not needed and non-existent when it is, smoking that is ignored or even condoned, embarrassing on the field presenters and warm-up people, the list goes on and on. It is high time the club addressed these issues and they really do need to liaise with the fans to do it effectively.

Will let you know how the sound system is sounding in L block after the Cambridge match.
Just to add. The sound system in the Kop wasn’t effected by the interference/feedback that was apparent in the Main Stand. The issue with the sound system in the Kop, certainly where I sit at least, is the lack of clarity. It’s been like this for years though but nothing ever seems to be done. How, Stevay_b, QCFC BANTAM and 2 others like this. -
I can't imagine anything can/will be done, but I'd just like to point out to all concerned that £4.50 for a bottle of Carlsberg is absolutely robbery and I won't be having a drink in the ground at all this coming season. I'd probably normally have 2 each home game, as would my friends. it's not an insignificant loss of income.

Sanitary bins in every ladies toilet not just one per set. Just makes people dispose of their stuff in other ways - wrapped in loo roll on the floor - which is totally gross.
Let's have some period dignity city! -

The excuse the toilet cleaning is done by volunteers will not wash, To expect fans to have poor conditions because the volunteers are not able to clean them properly is not acceptable these days, fans expect and deserve more,

The first meeting was last night. A full summary of the discussion is being prepared by Adam Barker who is the Supporters board chair and he will publish this for all supporters to see.
FOBC were present and they are keen to re-engage and we are delighted to welcome their support and indeed the support of all the groups present.
Despite the terrible season, the commitment and unwavering support from those present was very humbling. The feedback, ideas and constructive input were extremely appreciated by the club officials in attendance; Ryan Sparks (Head of Media/PR), Mick Shackleton (Commercial Manager), Laura Hutchinson (Player Liason Officer and Events Manager) and myself.Stafford Bantam, Bronco, Stoneski and 1 other person like this. -

When Edin took over I could understand FoBC taking a sabbatical, as their set up was very much to positively support and work with the Club, and that became virtually impossible under Edin.
What I did find strange was that, towards the end, BCST tried to 'cosy up' to Edin when, in my opinion they should have been doing what supporters trusts do best, standing up for supporters, which sometimes involves taking a stand against a 'rogue' Chairman; Blackpool Supporters Trust being a good example.
I do believe there is room for all these diverse supporters groups and, given yesterday's statement, hopefully we'll see a much more united front going forward.Stop hovering to collapse...
