Has to do it during events. No point in checking that the fire doors are clear on a Monday afternoon if there is no one there to escape if needed.

 

Quite so Stafford but we can't and won't keep using that as an excuse even though it was often the reaso.

 

He's been gone months. Can't blame him for this debacle.

A very good idea, but I haven't had this e-mail at all, also when trying to order tickets online, I put my membership number, and my postcode as a password, it never lets me proceed, tried again this morning for a Grimsby ticket, and still the same problem, do I need to do anything different ?

 

Whats the current situation with food & drink? Is it still contracted to outsider caterers? The food and drink is overpriced and absolutely rancid. Carlsberg is an absolutely woeful drink and stops me having a half time slurp. Sausage Rolls are always dry, Burgers are like eating rubber. Just terrible.

On the plus side they now take card payment, which always makes it easier.

 

I wasn't able to proceed when trying to renew my son's ST either....the issue was that the ticket office staff had entered the 'O' in our address as a number zero, and used a 'V' instead of a 'U' - so no wonder it didn't recognise the address when I was trying to find it. I only realised when I picked up the envelope this week, after eventually renewing in person, and saw the state of the address on the front of the envelope. Half of the email addresses probably have such silly typos in them!

Problem solved, spoke to a very pleasant young lady(didn't get her name) in the ticket office, who asked me for my e-mail address, which I gave to her, she advised that the e-mail address they had was incorrect, she changed it, and advised me to get a new password, went back on the ticket site, entered a new password, and Bingo, Grimsby here I come, well done to the young lady, I had phoned about this problem before, and never got anywhere.

There are so many aspects of our match day experience that are just shoddy and amateurish, and go back years before the Rahic era. Besides the public address system, the toilets, the website, and the PR there are the ticket fiascos, the filthy state of the seats and the ground in general, the disgusting food and overpriced drinks, notice boards containing information years out of date, adverts for betting kiosks that no longer exist, stewarding that is over aggressive when not needed and non-existent when it is, smoking that is ignored or even condoned, embarrassing on the field presenters and warm-up people, the list goes on and on. It is high time the club addressed these issues and they really do need to liaise with the fans to do it effectively.

 

Wasn’t he asking if it was on Sunday as it will have been the new suppliers
