    Strange decision BB, can only see it being part of cost cutting. Why would Bowyer get rid of his right hand man who has worked with him elsewhere?

    In all honesty RT I don't know, I am in agreement that it seems odd given that he's always worked with him! If Martin Drury gets the job I am going on fecking strike.

    I hope to god this is not a sign it’s Drury only for Bowyer.

    When will we learn a sound backroom team is the key to a managers success. People he can rely on and trust.

    I hope it’s a sign Bowyer has someone else lined up. Will try and reserve judgement until then

    I think I will have a break down if Drury gets it, I remember the absolute spanner saying ''We won't get relegated'' meanwhile we couldn't even buy a win.

    I genuinely hope there's a good reason for this as it's setting alarm bells ringing!!!

    Is he in charge of the players attitude and abysmal individual performances? How do you he isn't a good coach?

    Maybe not his fault Marshy but as I posted above, his comment about not getting relegated was absolutely ridiculous. He's not impressed and has been here throughout the ER regime and is almost like a bad smell that doesn't go.

    I get that. I'd imagine his comment was a 'trying to get the players to believe/positive spin for the fans' kind of comment.

    For fans to slate him when they don't know what kind of coach he is, in my opinion, is ridiculous. He may go too, who knows. He's survived so far under X amount of managers so you'd like to think he has something.

    Hopefully someone else is lined up or maybe G.B is happy with Drury just as a coach not an assistant
