He is selling Griffin Park which will bring in substantial millions, The new ground now been built to be shared with London Irish will bring in substantial income to the club, When or if he sells he will make millions

As far as a saleable asset is concerned there is absolutely no comparison and any buyer will recognise that.

The truth is that Rahic has cost Rupp probably seven million in terms of additional investment, and the depreciation of the initial asset/investment (i.e. the club) and that is just so far. If over the close season Rupp is to throw in some more money then that loss, as it currently stands, could end up being ten million plus. Ouch!

Yet he wants a huge return on his current investment..Bloke is deluded if he thinks he can get that in its current state.
