the discussion seems to be the difference of it happening in journals/papers and it happening in the actual hospitals where it is dealt with. I am talking about is it happening in the real world or just in papers/reports.

Entitled to your opinion Tone. I don't always agree but then there are some stuff I do agree with you. Weird thing with this is we've always had player of the year awards but after each a game someone will win man of the match, it's never called player of the match. Just to add to my previous 'the woke movement is eating itself' comment. There are some well intended elements, but the approach on the whole is so misguided and lacking in balance, its become almost a competition in who can out do each other in being the most virtuous souls around. Its completely lacking in authenticity too. People outwardly saying one thing and privately behaving in a very different manner.
