When I was at AE Turbines they had women cleaning the mens toilets, with just a Yellow cone at both entries to the toilet saying cleaning was in progress no big deal.

 

Where does that happen that didn't happen 10 years?

What this thread shows is how there are certain people who will make everything about transgender people even though the subject of this thread has nothing to do with them. They are the target of hate just like gay people were and black people before that.

 

I remember going to an opening night at a new bar in Manchester around 2005 and they had unisex toilets then. One big hand washing area with a load of cubicles off from it. The sink was circular with the cubicles off for about three quarters of the circle with an open doorway back into the main part of the club.

 

You will never eradicate the so called problem of racism because the narrative won't allow it. You could make the world a place of fluffy clouds and fresh flowers and they'd still find offence.

 

I love how "white people" are so easily grouped into a generic term despite it describing thousands of different nationalities, religions and cultures.

I was attending the latest round of our 'Diverse and Inclusive Leadership coaching' yesterday at work. The odd snippet of useful info was there that gave pause for thought, but most of it was just drivel. I asked 2 questions in particular of the coach:

1. 'When we talk about having a diversity of people in our teams, are we to assume that people of different genders, race and sexuality think differently? If that's the case, do you have an example of why I should assume a woman would think differently to me?

2. I've been raised to see things like skin colour as irrelevant? How we do reconcile that view, with an ever increasing emphasis on such characteristics.

Completely baffled the coach, who just mumbled incoherently before having to excuse themselves for a break.

They're no experts in anything, simply brainwashed by being taught idealogies and narratives which they then mistakenly believe are right. The fact Netflix is pushing this bullshit is very worrying. Yet despite all the algorithms at play on social media, you tube and the like this sort of rubbish never gets flagged up. Yet the stuff that does paints a picture of how the likes of Google (who also own Facebook) are manipulating this whole narrative. No wonder nearly all of this sick twisted shite starts in America, a country that has the brass neck to preach to the rest of the world. They're the biggest problem.

And they keep coming, this particular one funded by the BBC gravy train. They're like a cancer in todays society but good honest people see right through these charlatans.

The comment quite pointing out how the tide.is turning against this constant bullshit running through public sector departments, a fire officer using words like 'marginalized communities' and that the fire service has to earn the trust of these people. What utter virtue signalling bollocks, it's just part of a bigger picture that thankfully the public are fighting back against. Personally I'm sick to the back teeth of this sort of stuff, something we didn't have back a generation.

 

It's people like this who are making idiots like Farage relevant in todays political world. When the far right get in, they can look at themselves in the mirror when they wonder what went wrong. As you say people are sick of it, very similar to the 1920s just in a different way, and that results in people turning to more extreme politics for a solution.

 

Reading her twitter page her whole grift is based on anything bad in the world is the fault of those nasty whiteys. Even managing to turn Grenfell into some white skin based rhetoric. No surprise another grifter Azeem Rafiq agreeing with her and trying to make it about himself. Funny, don't get this shit in places like Poland and Hungary....

 

Just to touch on Grenfell, I'm pretty sure if the construction into Grenfell was construction of a halls of residence at say the house of commons and that had such a disaster then people would no doubt already be behind bars. 7 years since that happened and absolutely no one prosecuted is like the scandal regarding the post office and those in positions of power who ruined lives off the back of dodgy software.

I agree but its absolutely nothing to do with colour of skin, thats down to the class system where working class white people are equally worthless. Grenfell was a systematic failure of building practices allowing a structure to be covered by a a highly flammable duvet. But when your job depends on you creating racism like the lady in question, hey lets blame the white man for something.

 

It's just a livelihood at this stage for many. Grifting on the internet for cash by blaming sections of society for all the ills in the world. It looks quite a lucrative pass time for some too. Actual facts, reality or truth doesn't even play a part in it either. It's just find an angle to fire at the target you want, in your example the white man and then just push a narrative that people accept at face value to repeat and repeat without even verifying anything.

 

I remember Doreen Lawrence trying to do the same at Grenfell, criticising the LFB to push her own grift.

Then recently i watched a documentary with a serving firefighter with LFB who was at Grenfell (a white bloke). He tells of getting there and being a given a specific task with a colleague to deal with of the hundreds of distress calls, this one if i remember on the 15th floor. While starting the arduous task of the journey up with 50kg of equipment each, a basic calculation tells him he and his colleague probably won't have enough air in their cylinders to carry out the task. Eventually they get to the flat, their air alarm goes off. Tells they have 6 minutes of air left, enough to basically get out if they bolt it down every floor. They have to make the decision not to attempt the rescue, he said even if the caller was still alive he wouldn't have made the trip down, the temperatures were over 200c.
Their air ran out as they reached the exit.
An example of a hero willing to put their life on the line in the most extreme of circumstances yet turned into an anti white rhetoric.

 

Yeah totally pointing the finger in the wrong direction there. The emergency services are far from those to blame (not always as Hillsbrough proved) but the fact it gets to the stage that fire fighters are having to try evacuate people from a burning tower is the concequence of systematic failure in the first instance.

I don't want to see scapegoats but not one person was convicted for Hillsbrough. Not one person has been convicted for the Horizon scandal, not one person has been convicted for Grenfell, to my knowledge not one person has been convicted for the contaminated blood cover up.
