    To find the points allocated for some games you need to click the "i" next to the season ticket in your purchase history and it lists all of the home games which a column for the points awarded.

    That's not true, every single away game went to ST holder sales with zero point restrictions. Even the Carlisle play off game.

    Absolutely. There have been ample opportunities for fans to attend away games this season but the fact remains with the exception of Rochdale and Doncaster, it’s the same 800-1000 faces you’ll see at every away game and those same faces will be at Carlisle on Saturday and rightly so.
    No further debate. The scheme is perfect

    Has the average age on this board suddenly dropped. Surely no-one over the age of 20 refers to "merch". Even Kev's at it . :grinning:

    The point is that it gives those that travel the most a guaranteed ticket whilst giving all season ticket holders the chance to go to every away game. It makes forward planning easier, as I got a ticket for Northampton I knew I would get a ticket for Carlisle. It's right that those who travel the most get the first refusal of tickets. The reality is that 1380 points wasn't that unachievable and you could reach it in theory without doing an away game this season or last.

    Because people like the opportunity to be almost guaranteed tickets so they can book travel and organise the day.

    Once it goes to ST holders there's very much the possibility that you may miss out.

    It's because it's an easy debate. The loyalty point system for tickets is widely accepted by the vast majority, not just at Bradford but at the bigger clubs up and down the land, as the fairest way to allocate tickets for over subscribed away games.

    I miss out on plenty of games too due to work commitments and then not being able to accrue enough points so it's not even as if I'm peddling a selfish point of view, it's just that the whole system makes complete sense.

    The team and manager have almost always made a point after an away win this season of how important the away fans were and how we dragged them over the line, as it gives the players so much belief. There is no way on gods earth a larger away end doesn't help the players at times

    The current loyalty point system is the most fairest to suit THE MAJORITY of supporters. In any situation in anything in life, there is always going to be a minority that is inconvenienced, it is nigh on impossible to please every single person the whole time. Why the hell Sparks & Co now want to break this tried & tested system by introducing points for purchases in the shop and womens games, absolutely beggars belief. It will simply piss off the fans

    But if you don't have a reset at some point it stops new fans from having a chance, they will never be able to catch up

    Beyond the loyalty points and a scarf what did people get for their "memberships"?

    Speaking to someone who got one.

    There was never any ticket offers given as promised, plus they had a season ticket anyhow. If there was any deals they were never made aware as the Colchester deal was open to everyone. The claim was 5 games per season at £5 each.
    There was a predict the score game that was never updated after week 2.
    They once offered a discount in the club shop for crap they couldn't sell.
    No women's games details were ever announced.
    The exclusive content was laughable, the videos are just full of highlights that are free on youtube.
    The downloads gallery has 6 wallpapers.
    He's knows of no one who won anything in the competitions.

    Maybe they should start putting into place promises about things like membership schemes before coming up with daft ideas about pissing up a loyalty points system which is actually doing what it says on the tin.

    So if we ever reached the PL again you’d be happy that those who’ve travelled to all the shitholes lost their points to give a newbie the chance of an away day at Anfield?

    The minutes of the meeting of 1 June 2023 have now been published. Main points are:
    • If any fans notice any issues with the accuracy of their loyalty points they should email the ticket office direct in the first instance;
    • Loyalty points survey complete and now closed. Club reviewing findings and will release update through their usual communications channels along with updates to Loyalty Point scheme (if any);
    • Play off home leg ticketing issues: lessons have been learned and Club have started process of finding a new ticketing partner. This will also address some of the Loyalty Point issues fans have experienced too. It is unlikely that the replacement provider will be in place before start of season though, but conversations with alternatives already started.
    • Midland Road ticket holders being relocated: Club accept that they didn’t explain rationale for offering Midland Road to away fans as clearly as they could have – or gave advance notice. Next time club have big enough away following expected they are likely to not offer restricted seating to any fans which means that all season ticket holders will be able to buy any available seating in alternative stands rather than those in Kop & Main Stand having reserved seating and displaced Midland Road fans having to fit around them;
    • Stadium Ownership/Lease Update: The club have a 25 year extension for Valley Parade on the table, beyond the end of the ongoing, current deal. The club doesn’t anticipate a ground move in the interim. The Club also confirmed it is not currently part of the owners plans to buy the stadium back outright;
    • Bantams Bar will be having a overhaul over the summer to become more like a sports bar, and also remedy long standing issues with toilets, etc. The lift to the Bantams bar is already being replaced too;
    • Pre Season fixture being released over coming weeks, a couple of really interesting fixtures in the pipeline;
    • Kit Launches, final schedule being firmed up at present but expect both home and away kits to be launched prior to pre-season. Third kit will be launched very early in new season;
    • Plans to support fans with disability in attendance at games (Swindon have started a scheme focused on fans with autism and ADHD as an example): This something the Club are already actively looking into. Further updates will come as they arise.
    Next meeting is scheduled for Thursday 29 June 2023.
