    There have been 3 Supporters Board meetings, so far, this year. Here are a few snippets of projects / potential projects at City:
    1. The Club has applied for increased road closures post match (down to Council);
    2. Improved signage was to be placed to aid spectators leaving the Kop. Liaison with Bradford Council was planned over general access to areas surrounding the Kop for departing supporters;
    3. Ryan Sparks reported that Safe Standing may be a possibility, due to a possible commercial opportunity. If this is progressed, it would definitely be situated in the North West Corner. It was noted that safe standing comes with lots of associated guidance and rules which the club has to follow which will provide strict guidance on location and volume of safe standing including both a Home and an Away section of the ground. The Club also noted that persistent fan standing at games may cause bodies such as the council to impose capacity limits on fan attendance so it is hoped that safe standing may avert some of that issue;
    4. It is planned to have effective Wi-Fi access in the stadium before the end of this season on a sign up basis;
    5. The club also confirmed they are planning on making improvements to the suites during the summer as they are aware that refurbishments are needed in some areas;
    6. The new Loyalty Points scheme had been reviewed throughout the season including input from the Supporters Board and would be the subject of a questionnaire shortly.

    Re: point 6; I don't think anything needs to be changed. The current system has proved to work absolutely fine this season. Despite a few initial reservations, it works for the majority of fans and ultimately rewards loyalty

    And now any change would presumably impact this of us who have put in the miles and have accrued loyalty points!

    Personally I think that the points for membership is too high. Other than that the only issue I have is that there have been 2 games where I've not been allocated points for home games I attended, I've asked the ticket office about it and they've said that as I wasn't on the entry report as scanned in the points couldn't be allocated to me.

    It’s not correct but when you log in, it’s in purchase history and then click on the little information icon. That tells you whether you’ve been awarded points or not

    I feel this issue is wrong after buying a season ticket you should automatically get 23 x X points there are reasons people cant make games and tp penalise them IMO is wrong, I just don't see any logic in it the club have got their money, I'd like to hear why this is the case.
    In the past the club have had problems with the stewards scanners as they had at the Colchester game so what happens if they can't sort it and a large crowd is forming they just wave you through ?.

    But no mention of home games, is it a situation again that we get different information depending who we ask with regards loyalty points for home games.

    When I looked at the number of Loyalty Points I have, then I noticed this paragraph.

    Supporters' online ticketing accounts will be refreshed and updated with their respective loyalty-point totals on a monthly basis. https://www.bradfordcityafc.com/Tickets/loyalty-scheme/

    So you have to wait until a month has passed or a particular day in the month.

    I think that's just their disclaimer but more often than not it's updated more regular, I bought Rochdale tickets yesterday and already have points from them added as well as the points from the Colchester match.
