Where do we get this impression Lincoln are a wealthy club. Unscientific comparison…same gate receipts as ourselves…far less merchandising sales ( crowds 50% less) and in debt……So I’m curious how this conclusion is drawn? Yes they don’t pay rent but that no way answers the question

 

But that was in the Premier League with a much larger budget available to him now....you also have to consider preparation for games against 'the big 6' - 33% of the season. There is no such thing in League 2.

Doubt we could accomadate Payne & Walker in the same team and I'd rather have Walker

 

Could Walker finish on 13 goals next season? It's not out of the question and I bet Walker is a lot cheaper.

 

Are the club intent on drip feeding info. I would have thought Hendrie and maybe Sutton would have put pen to paper by now. I would be surprised if they had better offers. Watt , Paudie and Vernham are obviously different and will get offers else where and i hope we have given them a deadline.

 

Sutton is currently in Greece, so suspect we won't hear on that for a while. Vernham was in Portugal, but don't know if he's back as of yet. The rest who knows. It is a bit frustrating this drip feed information that the club tend to feed out. Contracts fair enough, but why they haven't announced Jake Young yet, when it's been obvious from news outlets and leaks is odd.

 

Just want to release the information as they always intended and not be influenced by the various leaks.

I think they'd rather stop the leaks than move every announcement based on if/when something leaks!

I suppose we are all a little impatient for news. As crap as we have been , i still miss the football on a Saturday's.
I am hoping we are away the first match at the end of July , at a wedding that day, why they had to bring the season closer is beyond me. The world cup shut down does not affect our division
