    Been good to read the T&A articles on Stephen Gent. Comes across as a really sound guy.

    Also good that it's coming across as giving some insight but not the huff and puff of previous years where it felt articles were coming out to prove something was happening.

    Be interested to hear a bit more about what made him take the role up, as in what his reasons were. Clearly can't talk much about future plans but it would be interesting to hear a bit more about how he goes about his job, what insights we're looking for, where suggestions come from for a player etc.
