    I see the Matt Derbyshire rumour as a Charlie Adam one. Ex Hughes player with a bit of name value. Nothing more.

    Cant see that happening in all honesty. Well not keen anyway....

    Havimg looked at the rest of the league we are way ahead of everyone in terms of recruitment numbers.

    Walsall, Crewe, Stevenage and Rochdale have done bits. Other than that nobody stands out whatsoever.

    I didnt see a single name. Although ive always been a Bostwick fan. Stevenage got a good player therr but he wrong side of 30 now. Ebanks Landell may have been ok...

    True, but I think Smallwood still has some football left in him at a higher level. Would be a real klaxon if he comes to us.
    Gary Jones was around 36 years old when he came to us. Didn’t turn out too bad!

    Yes, but for one season. He was already fading quite markedly during our first season back in L1. Smallwood, at 31, would be a coup

    Yeah, Landell is a decent signing and if there weren't the strong rumours about Odusina, I might be thinking he's one we've missed out on.

    It sounds like Smallwood, if confirmed, is on a very good package for L2, so don’t think there will be much more room for any more marquee signings.
