    Has a quote ever summed up what a tin pot embarrassment of mess structurally this so called professional club is. I’d be mortified if I was Rupp and had my name associated to this amateurish set up.

    I bet none of his previous business ventures are so poorly ran. I’d love to see the data but I hazard a massive bet over the years our forum nose dives around the time the bad weather kicks in. We’re not set up to deal with that structurally and these weak minded players we have will need no time in using all the distractions GA has pointed as an excuse.

    Anything to bitch about and knock the club, don't you think the club would not normally be using the 4G pitch at Woodhouse Grove on a Saturday afternoon as we would have been playing Doncaster at Valley Parare.

    We are professionals outfit or supposedly one.. years of decline players mangers have come and gone they all can’t be bad. Isn’t it time we started looking at the overall structure, it holds us back, disrupts our preparation clearly.

    The clubs a mess and has long-standing legacy issues that we just side step. This is one of them.

    What don't you understand we normally have no need to use the 4G on a Saturday, the game was postponed and being partners in the venue Woodhouse Grove had it booked for an event, hindsight is a wonderfully thing.

    I understand that very clearly. I am talking more in the holistic sense in that we have problems every year with the current set up. It can’t just be managers, players, recruitment - maybe it’s our preparation our training? No one has ever addressed these longstanding issues.

    The reason we train at Woodhouse Grove and why we don't own our own stadium have been done to death so why bring it up, I think most know why.

    You think that quote from GA was a slip of the tounge? I don’t, I think it’s veiled dig/excuse setting as to the disruption caused. Given the current feelings for the club he’s either incredibly naive, pissed off or wanting to make a point.

    Because I believe that many fans understood the background behind why we have the collaboration with the school but I also believe many fans will be surprised that the school has priority and better planning can't happen to ensure we can train when needed.

    I'm not aware of the ins and outs of the arrangements with regard the facilities but I'd suggest as we have no use of the facilities on a Saturday apart from development games on the front pitch on a Saturday morning Woodhouse Grove were quite within their rights to use it.
