And when you have updated it with British owners, update it again with two Bradford lads owning it, Champions by Christmas .

 

So why doesn't someone at the club come out and say that then instead of the rubbish spouted by Collins that his c.v warrants consideration, if they have no intention of playing him for this supposed reason

I'm surprised that nobody has so far looked at this from a possible business aspect. Suppose that there's a chain of deals/loans being linked up and Killa is wanted by another club (and possibly we want a striker/midfielder) but it all hinges on ifs and buts with other clubs. Then would Edin want to risk Killa's fitness with a possible injury by playing him and scotching the whole thing? In this scenario it would be essential to keep the whole thing quiet to keep other clubs from coming in. Just a thought.

 

Not sure Killa will make that much difference. Everyone was clamouring for McGowen to start on Saturday and I thought he had an iffy game and looked no better than NKP.

I think it shows that the back 4 are all solid enough, it’s the tactics and protection they get from the 6 players in front of them that is the issue. Case and point being the 2 goals Southend scored coming from their left wing despite us swapping RB at half time. Clearly wasn’t Riley or Mellor that was the issue, it was the lack of any protection from midfield.

 

Can’t agree I’m afraid. NKP at LB seems suicidal to me. O’Connor has been our best CB so seems silly to move him out of CB.

 

what more suicidal then Chicksen? We need O'Connor to sit in front of the defenders as Wright and Akpan have not shown to date they are up to it.

Yeah I think it is more suicidal. NKP is too immobile for LB. The fact we played Killgallon at LB over NKP previously proves that NKP clearly cant hack LB.

As for O’Connor, like I said, he’s been our best performer this season, it seems silly to move him.

I let it sim for 50 years, as with most of our history we end up pottering around the lower divisions and flirt with going out of existence every now and then, eventually drop into non-league. The failing Bradford education system continues to churn out the uneducated and ignorant and our fan-base becomes even more scared of, and hostile to, anything different.

By 2035 no professional club in the world plays 4-4-2 anymore, but our club badge is updated to incorporate the motto "rather play 442 in the Northern Counties Eastern League than be successful with any fancy dan foreign formation".

The Bulls also continue to flounder, but happily, the two semi-pro clubs end up being owned by a consortium of a local butcher, baker and candlestick maker (these businesses only exist in what's left of Bradford at this point).

On a much happier note 2017/18 player of the year Matt Kilgallon is still first choice centre-back.

Up to now the midfield have failed to protect the defence and provide chances for our forward play - addressing this more important than leaving a player as a central defender when we have 4 players available in addition 3 if NKP plays lb. If he less mobile then why is playing over killa he would add more height than chicken who leaves us exposed to the far post crosses coming over from our right wing and seems more capable when it comes to tackling.

 

Good point. However still think this is not the reason he is not playing. Be damned if I know the real reason though. Doesn't make sense that he s not even Making match day squads
