Season Ticket Deadline.

There has been nothing on the website about the deadline this week.

 

Thought they might have had something on on Monday morning about it though

 

I was more thinking a big splash along the lines of

DON'T MISS THE DEADLINE !!!!

 

WOW........... Cartel is a very dodgy word, in these days of World wide deception (Corruption ?) !
I would offer that Home teams can charge as high as they like for POTD Home fans, but must NOT charge Away fans more, on POTD. Not sure from where - But that is my understanding from the EFL.

 

My point isn't about the match day pricing persa, it is the relationship between the undiscounted full price season ticket and normal match day pricing. There is usually a balance between the full price season ticket and normal match day pricing. I remember it used to be you got about 6 matches free compared to paying on the gate, that increased to 9 on the deal and 12 if bought at Christmas.

I still think the use of 'Cartel' was a poorly chosen one.

surely the bigger question is WHY HAVN'T THE OWNERS OFFERED SOME INCENTIVE TO ATTRACT THE UNDECIDED, im sure if they promised to do away with the bullshit and said theres X amount of money allocated for rebuilding the squad,if not the slide imo will continue. Hope Im Wrong.

Fair comment,but they don't have to be specific on amounts.The point im trying toget across is,the owners don't instill any confidence in the fans.I'm sure if they had any business acumen they should realise not to alienate the fans.

 

If Grayson and the team can continue the improved form over the remaining fixtures, then there is hope for a bigger uptake in season ticket sales. Also, if Grayson is staying, then announcing it on the back of recent form can only help.

 

Really impressed with the club today. I'd renewed my season ticket, but then my dad told me that he wanted to start coming. (He's only ever been to one match before and has never really been a big football fan but enjoyed the atmosphere and supporting his home town club when he came this season). He is disabled after some surgery a few years back and so I contacted the club as I thought I'd need to move to a different part of the ground and to ask about their access scheme. Long story short, anybody who is in receipt of PIP is entitled to a free carers ticket. But because id already bought my ticket, and it was in my name and not my father's I didn't think this would be possible. They have said it's not a problem, honoured the scheme and instructed the ticket office of my case. Just need to pop in with the paperwork and it will all be sorted. Really pleased that they have this access scheme. We implemented one at my work a few years ago but I didn't think it would exist in football.

 

@Thelittlegerman It is stories like this the reminds me that underneath all the changes the club is still thinking of the fans. They could have easily said sorry you will have to buy your dad one and get your free one but no refunds on those already bought.

 

Yeah. I know, that's exactly how I felt. I was sure it was going to be a no. Glad that they've proved me wrong!
