Scouting & Recruitment Appointments

Whilst I am absolutely delighted with the restructure and new arrivals in the scouting system I have one area of uncertainty from the announcements.
Who is responsible for the scouting of youngsters to the Academy?
Overall responsibility now sitting with Derek Adams is absolutely fine by me, but I would like clarification with regard to scouting for our successful youth
setup. I am anxious not to have a situation where all the scouting time done by our new scouts is first team only.

 

According to Adams, Turnbull's son was on the payroll

 

Where did he say this?
If true, i'm glad Adams is putting his foot down with this type of cronyism.

 

It was a recent interview with Adams on Radio Leeds. Turnbull, his son and a third person, who's name I didn't catch, because I was shocked when the son was mentioned.
