    Hughes record as a football manager is excellent and all in the Premier League, most CEOs of a League Two club would have been straight back to an ex-player/ manager like Hughes if he had originally shown interest in thier club.
    Would you have preferred Ryan hadn't got back in touch ?.

    As you have only just started posting on here can you confirm what your posting is actually true and not just your opinion.

    No Bronco, I would have interviewed him and tested his knowledge of League Two and discover the sort of style he wanted his team to play that would get punters through the gate. I may still have picked Hughes after interviewing other candidates. But would not be blown away by a big name. Especially one out of the game for three years. I'm delighted Hughes is doing quite well.

    Didn't Ryan interview Derek Adams who the vast majority of Bradford City fans thought was a good appointment with regards his past managerial career, didn't he give Stuart an extension to his contract a couple of weeks before sacking him, his track record of appointing managers has hardly been great but more than happy with this appointment.

    Yes Hughes was out of the game a while and was dropping down to an level he had never managed before so the first thing he did was appoint Glyn Hodges as his assistant who had managed and coached at our level a very shrewd appointment IMO as well as bringing Mark Truman on board with his inside knowledge of players at the club.

    I like Ryan and I think what he's doing certainly in-house has improved BUT when the club make comments as they have done with regards ticket prices, fans take time out to get in touch and as yet he doesn't acknowledge an email it's a little annoying especially when he made the comment with regards his door always being open, come on Ryan give us some answers even thought they may not be liked.
