    No way i would want a refund . If we as fans want our club to survive the current situation then asking for a refund is a joke . I do think Forest green away ticket should be refunded tho.

    My point is , if the owner was not going to fund the club he would have walked by now . The fact he's still in place suggets to me he wouldn't leave the club in the lurch .

    I am not one for @Fordy117@Fordy117 conspiracies about finances but he is right on this one. As @Tolly856@Tolly856 also says it’s a pointless survey and is not needed. Just ask the fans who have season tickets and no one else. The “public” do not matter on this. Each fan who has invested money in a season ticket needs to be asked what they want to happen to their circa 32 quid. Let them decide and move on with processing it ASAP.

    Rupp is not a fan, he is a businessman. He bought the club for the sole purpose of making money.
    I don't mind him getting a return on his investment as long as I am getting what I paid for, but if I can't get what I paid for then why should I help him make money.
    It's ok saying the club needs the money and I can understand why people think that, but do you think that if we became successful and made money he would share any of the profit with us because I don't.

    I think some of my prior posts will explain why I think that's a moronic statement. The vast majority wont need it and will say no, those that do will be a tiny percentage of people who are most likely desperate themselves and need the money for bills etc, like my own situation before it changed.

    Rupp is not the club. Rupp will not be refunding you from his own pocket. The refund will come from club funds which are in a terrible state. It’s your choice?

    They should just give everyone a refund and then if they want to donate back to SM transfer fund/Rupp back slider or any other charity there free to do so, simple what's the problem??...

    Why haven't they contacted people directly about the survey? Is there a particular reason why they haven't emailed everyone and have relied on the social medias (and local rags) to get the news out about the survey? What demographic are they trying to not get a response from?

    I have yet to see any official suggestion that City won't offer refunds to those who want them.

    Maybe the survey is just to establish the favoured option. If, say, 70% vote for one option, then it would make sense for City to make that the default, with those that want another option to get in touch to ask for that other option; saves on the administration costs.

    Rather than donating the money aimlessly back to the club, they're proposing a fund which can be used to pay for upgrades to their infrastructure i.e. safe standing.
