    Look mate, I am not making it up. What Bradford City and other clubs are doing is wrong and it will be discussed with the EFL next week. @wetherbywhaler@wetherbywhaler knows you can't do a survey about people's money.

    Contact the season ticket holders like Peterborough are doing or just offer a refund to fans like most other clubs have done and if the season ticket holders don't want the refund it needs to be recorded and if they do then they get their money.

    As, I say it will be discussed next week by the EFL and I am sure you will hear more then.

    I've searched all FA - EFL - websites it's not mentioned anywhere , maybe they will contact @Fordy117@Fordy117 to see how he would handle it , but he maybe too busy helping the Government out with the Pandemic or perhaps the Bank of England solving the current borrowing .

    It's even on Martin Lewis's twitter. I can't be bothered going through it all. It's clear fans are not all happy with the process of a survey nonsense.

    However, clubs can't do a bloody survey about what to do with peoples money!

    As, I say it's getting discussed next week and I am leaving it at that.

    I have yet to see any official suggestion that City won't offer refunds to those who want them.

    Maybe the survey is just to establish the favoured option. If, say, 70% vote for one option, then it would make sense for City to make that the default, with those that want another option to get in touch to ask for that other option; saves on the administration costs.

    Well, unless the 30% all voted one specific way, it's unlikely it would significantly distort the overall result. And, as I stated above, I only see this as an indicative vote to enable City to determine the default position; I still expect all season ticket holders to be able to opt to get a refund or donate the money, at the very least.

    My though behind the survey is to get an idea of what fans are thinking without having to deal individually as the office staff are furloughed so there isn’t anyone to contact all the ticket holders individually.

    @Fordy is right on this one, Doing these surveys is only a front for wasting time and keeping any refunds a little longer in the bank, The club should offer each season ticket holder a refund or a donation of the refund to the club or the Burns unit, It is the right thing to do and the club should stop faffing around and organise it

    The vast majority of fans don’t want a refund as shown on here 133-8 if people are desperate for £30 just ring the club it would jus be stupid and time consuming refunding people who don’t want it
