Well concerning you've done nearly 3k messages in 2 years I don't think so and putting it down to me is wrong.

Over 5.000 replies to the survey already good going

 

Why haven't they contacted people directly about the survey? Is there a particular reason why they haven't emailed everyone and have relied on the social medias (and local rags) to get the news out about the survey? What demographic are they trying to not get a response from?

 

Try this email address support@bradfordcityfc.co.uk I'm sure it will get to Ryan Sparks and he will reply, but you're correct they could have been more direct to the fans than a survey.

 

I've read that clubs like Bradford City that haven't offered refunds have been reported to the EFL & FA and it's being discussed next week.

 

They are very happy with the replies which suggests the right people are reading it. It’s just another thing for certain people to moan about for no good reason.i have said before if people are urgently in need of £32 contact the club and I am certain they will be obliged

What facts and I don't hate Bradford City.

I couldn't care less if the T & A wrote 50k had completed the survey. The EFL and FA are looking in to clubs doing this as fans are fully entitled to a refund and should have been contacted directly to see if they want one.

 

Every fecking post is anti- city , i responded to the survey the results were in the T&A , what part of that didn't you understand ? . I voted for the club to keep my owed amount many did , some asked for a refund . So the EFL and FA can investigate all they want .

 

How many are season ticket holders? You are asking people who have no interest

 

Meaningless survey without it being linked directly to the people it impacts. 1 season ticket number should entitle you to one survey participation.

 

It was available to anyone who cared to respond , not all fans heve the benefit of an E- mail account , so the only alternative would be a costly letter which would occur costs for both the club and the ST holders .
