Refund?

Fans can ask for their money back if they want. But the fans have benefited from the cheapest prices in professional football and most fans have stated they don’t want their money back

 

That is your opinion if I want to let our club keep my £30+ it's nothing whatsoever to do with you or anyone else, stop trying to tell fellow Bradford City fans what to do with any refund, we know your stance on the subject, mine and others are different.

 

I presume the majority of the 15000 ST holders have contacted the club and the results published for you to come to that conclusion?

Fans have helped their own clubs out many times down the years , i remember them carrying buckets and blankets round VP and at BPA , trying to raise funds for just the day to day running of the club's . It's not compulsary , it's a donation and personal choice , i've no problem with any option a S/T holder wants to do it's up to each individual .

I agree with your stance but It'll be more than that for some though won't it? You've also got to factor in the cost of the suite upgrade and possibly a parking space. That could easily drive the cost up to £100+ which may be enough to sway some to ask for refunds.

Is this a serious post? A poll of about 50 people on a forum and a few of your mates is enough to pretend it represents over 15000 people?

Yes it could be more than my £30+ and I dont have a problem with any fan wanting their money back it nothing to do with me, Rupp as owner needs to finance the club going forward, but if my £30+ helps make sure next season and many following seasons happen then I am happy to allow the club to keep it.

 

But you're just guessing the financial state of the club.

Until the club says it needs help then why help?

Would you just give me money for the hell of it? As far as I am concerned Bradford City is fine.

 

Why am I guessing anything ?.

At the moment the club have nearly £70 of mine and the grandsons money from games we won't see because the season has been brought to an early end.
If the season had carried on with testing and other things to comply with government advice it would have cost the club estimated £300,000 I believe the figure being banded about, that would have sent some clubs to the wall, that's before as some were suggesting the club pay for the fans to watch games via Ifollow.
Fortunately most club realised the financial burden and brought the season to a close, sorry mate I'm too set in my ways and if me not claiming the outstanding money back from the club helps then I'm more than happy to do so.
Fans who feel they want it back to keep or donate then that is for them to decide, it does not make me a better fan, it just how I see the situation.
Why would you need my money 3 business's a top of the range Merc, a harem of midgets, you're fine without my money .

I don't think you "get" what supporting the club means for the vast majority.

You don't seem to understand why people are more than happy to let the club keep the money. I get why those who are out of work will want the money.

I will let you into a secret shall I? It's because they love the club to pieces and want it to succeed. And if £30 x say 5,000 can help Stuart with next seasons budget-then all the better as far as I am concerned.

If we are talking about people not asking for money back would the club not be better using it to make VP safe for people to return rather than on some load of shite signing like we always make?
Hand washing stations, distance markings etc are all gonna have to come into action I’d have thought when we can return. Use the money for that?

 

I don't really care what its used for-either way it will go some small way to assisting the club in these extreme times.
