How about iFollow? They are not owned by the club are they? Suprised there's been no talk about refunding people who bought a "season pass". Works out at not much, but at least some communication would be nice - possibly about carrying some credit over for next season or whatever.

Probably depends on what the agreement is? Was it for all games or for a certain number of games? If it wasn’t for a fixed number they could argue they provided all the games

True that - it's called a "season pass". Technically, we've had the season.

Under normal circumstances who would put money into City at the moment. Rupp could have just walked away and written off his bad investment at the word of Rahic. He stayed, even with all the problems that the Club has. Surely you can cut him some slack for that!
    You couldn't afford it !

    I love sweeping judgemental statements.

The economy is a disaster and it's going to get worse. Millions have lost money, an estimated 6.5 million jobs will be lost full stop.

Every little helps for people in the worst situations - if you're topping up the pittance you'll receive on benefits, you might be more focused on the future of food on your table rather than the future of a professional football club backed by a multi-millionaire.

The answer is then is when season tickets are released those who didn’t want a refund should pay £30 less than those that do

Just offer a refund. If you take it, get your money back; if you don't, that's that.

Offering a refund AND offering a discount off next season's ticket means the club are losing the money either way for games they weren't allowed to play.

    I don't want a refund or a discount.

I just want to get on with next season ASAP, and I want to attend.

Different entertainment, but same problem. I'm a subscriber to the Niagara Symphony Orchestra; the NSO cancelled its season with 3 concerts to go (of 7). They were going to offer us our choice from 3 options: pro-rata refund, money applied to next season's subscription, or leave the money as a donation and get a tax receipt. I would have donated the money -- was a pick-5 subscriber and missed 2 concerts of my 5 -- but they never contacted me as they first said they would. Instead, I just saw one day a refund for two concerts on my Visa bill. That was a welcome surprise; I suppose they just concluded it was the best thing to do.

The club should do much the same: offer ticket-holders the choice: pro-rata refund, application of the money to next season's season ticket (or individual tickets), or donation of the money to the club. People can make their own choices, and what they choose is really not anyone else's business.

May as well just take the refund. Having two systems is causing more work for the club.

Not overly fussed about a refund myself we have had cheap season tickets for a while now and consider it swings and roundabouts
However I haven't and won't till things become clearer purchase a ticket for next season
Mr Rupp reportedly has the finances to "prop us up" through this situation and as its his company it's his decision where we go from here good times as well as bad when owning a company !!!
If and when next seasons starts I will buy a season ticket regardless of whether I miss the cheaper options or not I won't feel that I will be donating to the club and its (reportedly rich owner) I would rather feel I will be getting something for my money

If the club are struggling why don't they put a donation option on the website then it gives everyone the option to help the club if they wish to do so.

I certainly would be looking for the club to allow me to take a refund and I would not be donating it back to Bradford City. There are many, many organisations that need donations right now and a professional sport club does not and should not come very high on anybody list. I will take the refund and donate where I choose.

What has the BBC got to do with a L2 football club? Completely irrelevant.
