Surely the club should email each ST holder and the survey include ST holder name and number so that they know which each ST actually wants as this survey could easily be filled in by non ST holders

They missed the option of having a donation to upgrade your car wash from 1 bucket and sponge to 2.

Just email all fans who had season tickets and ask what they want to do. It’s simple.
Should not be a public survey. Getting opinions of people who don’t even matter. Why?

 

Have we got a data base with all season ticket holders names on it, not having a go but we are not the best at communicating as a club.

 

Wasnt there something on here about it before when we was asking for more communication from the club? They initially had some problem with using emails due to data protection but found they could actually use them?
If no email send a letter out asking for them to reply?

Wont ask for a refund but I would like my £30+ off next seasons games. As I might have to miss an odd game in two until I am back full time in October.

 

OK I realise it's a different scenario but the morning after the PL announcement stating the season would be completed BCD I got an e-mail from WHU

"Now that it has been confirmed that our final five home fixtures of the 2019/20 campaign will be played without supporters present, the Club can confirm that our valued Season Ticket Holders and Club London Members have been credited the pro-rata value of the remaining five home matches, which can be used to reduce the cost of their 2020/21 Season Ticket, or receive a refund. The same applies for Women’s Super League Season Ticket Holders.

Opting to take a credit is an easy and convenient way for Season Ticket Holders and Club London members to instantly guarantee their seat for next season without having to wait for the renewal period, with all supporters benefiting from the price freeze that has been confirmed for 2020/21 Season Tickets*, as well as, of course, helping to support the Club through these testing times.

Additionally, Club Cash balances have been extended to 31 July 2021, so supporters can credit this against their 2020/21 renewal safe in the knowledge that funds will be held securely and will be used only upon their confirmation when the 2020/21 renewal process is opened.

MATCH TICKETS 2019/20

West Ham United can confirm that a credit has been issued to the value of each General Admission and Club London match ticket purchased for any outstanding Premier League home fixture in the 2019/20 campaign, with the option to use that credit for any future match including the equivalent seat for the most sought after fixtures or the corresponding fixture in the 2020-21 season if played in front of fans, or receive a refund.

The same applies for any away tickets purchased for Premier League fixtures or any outstanding home Women’s Super League fixtures."

Basically two options, refund or roll over, seems simple enough even for me

 

Very simple and all we need to do with ours. Let people get the refund and if they want to donate it to charity so be it. Just makes more of a mess letting the club have to do it.

 

Tbh I don’t really see what it’s supposed to achieve. If the survey for example reveals that 60% of people do not want a partial refund, what exactly are they supposed to do with that information? The only explanation I’ve got is that the club are concerned about short term finances and want a quick way to gauge how much further we (Bradford City) will be hit in the pockets. If it was about us, the customers, they’ll deal with it on a case by case basis.

Because the season didn't come to a conclusion is not the clubs fault and I am quite happy to let the club keep my £30+ others may feel differently and that is their choice but I really can't be arsed claiming it back.

 

Nail on the head. This is a delay tactic by the club and it's becoming clear that the club are worried about the finances.

For me lose your season ticket and they will quickly charge you £15 for a replacement. I think fans should be claiming their money back.

The survey is bollocks. Just come out and tell fans the truth about our financial situation going forward.
