I won't be applying for a refund. My ST was paid for in good faith, and the club weren't responsible for the fact I missed 5 games of the season.

I find it weird that people assess whether the club 'deserve' the money or not, but support giving it to charity of course.

Not me. If we paid what most other clubs fans pay for season tickets, then maybe a pro rata refund would make sense.

I presume if refunds are offered it will be on a pro rata basis?, which means about £30 refund?

Absolutely not! We're lucky to have such cheap prices. The club can keep it and I'll purchase my next season ticket as soon as I can.

    Extraordinary circumstances,win some lose some.
I'm just glad the seasons over and we don't have to suffer a team of under performing, so called professional footballers week in week out.

We had five fixtures left to play at home. Orient -14/3/2020; Macclesfield-21/3/2020; Colchester-4/4/2020; Crewe-13/4/2020 & Walsall-25/4/2020.

The cost of a Season Ticket for most is £150.

There are 23 League Home fixtures a season.

The cost per game is £6.52(17391304!).

    Five times £6.52(17391304)=£32,60

If the club were to refund this, then probably an admin charge would be applied. So potentially a refund of around £25.

For those who like a drink and smoke cigarettes (on average), that is about one packet, four pints and not forgetting the ubiquitous packet of crisps!

I really don’t think it is worth the hassle, especially if like some on here, you are the owner of a highly successful business, the time spent trying to get the money back, could be employed in income generation for your own business! ;)

The club are missing a trick here - if it administratively/financially/practical possible they should look at setting up a draw to win some season tickets for next season (if to go ahead) along with other prizes, half price ST, hospitality for a game(s), shirts, scarves etc. With agreement of the current season ticket owners instead of refunding the remaining portion use this as the entry cost. It would help generate interest in the club and give welcome publicity. The club hopefully would be able to keep some of the money to help in the running of the club.

I see it as money already spent so won't be asking for anything back.

    I agree with Steve 1970
I wont be asking for a refund on my season ticket or car parking fee
It's our club if I can help us get through this and until we can get back inside vp I for one will try

It's a dream come true for me. I said after the Salford game I'd pay to not see City play and look what happened!
Money well spent. The club can keep it.

    https://www.bradfordcityfc.co.uk/news/2020/june/season-ticket-survey-launched/

The club has launched a survey offering supporters an opportunity to provide an opinion on what happens with the remainder of their ‘Our City’ 2019/20 season ticket.
The 2019/20 Sky Bet League Two regular season was officially curtailed on Tuesday, meaning the Bantams’ five remaining home fixtures will not take place.
And supporters are being invited to provide an indication as to how remaining balances are addressed ahead of the 2020/21 campaign.*

You could donate the outstanding balance back to the club, or be given a credit against future ticketing purchases.
Likewise, the balance could be donated towards a scheme covering the costs of match tickets for NHS staff for future games.
However, should you wish to be issued a refund then this would also be considered.

May I say, excellent of the club to be taking feedback off its very own consumers.

Just email all fans who had season tickets and ask what they want to do. It’s simple.
Should not be a public survey. Getting opinions of people who don’t even matter. Why?

Tbh I don’t really see what it’s supposed to achieve. If the survey for example reveals that 60% of people do not want a partial refund, what exactly are they supposed to do with that information? The only explanation I’ve got is that the club are concerned about short term finances and want a quick way to gauge how much further we (Bradford City) will be hit in the pockets. If it was about us, the customers, they’ll deal with it on a case by case basis.

Peterborough already set up with refund/remaining money waiver. Looks like they are using ticketmaster and you can make a decision whether you want the refund or donate it back to the club/waive it.

Simple. Why we need a survey is beyond me

I've searched all FA - EFL - websites it's not mentioned anywhere , maybe they will contact @Fordy117@Fordy117 to see how he would handle it , but he maybe too busy helping the Government out with the Pandemic or perhaps the Bank of England solving the current borrowing .

No refund for me. With the exception of those who’re financially desperate, I think the right thing to do, all things considered is to let the club keep the money. It’s a negligible amount to most individuals but to the club, it’ll be an essential aspect of keeping it viable. I’m critical of much of how we’re run as a club, but no one could really have legislated for these circumstances.

That is your opinion if I want to let our club keep my £30+ it's nothing whatsoever to do with you or anyone else, stop trying to tell fellow Bradford City fans what to do with any refund, we know your stance on the subject, mine and others are different.

Fans have helped their own clubs out many times down the years , i remember them carrying buckets and blankets round VP and at BPA , trying to raise funds for just the day to day running of the club's . It's not compulsary , it's a donation and personal choice , i've no problem with any option a S/T holder wants to do it's up to each individual .
