Lawn and Rhodes left the club in a better financial footing, with believers who believed.

After near 2 years this incompetent knower of football, has left us with empty seats and with unbelievers being preached to believe. But hey WOAP are just making storys up, the reality is were playing great stuff and like a comical ali speech sponsors are knocking at Edins door wanting a bit of the action.

    Wakey wakey

Abbott speech with minutes to go in the transfer window with we tried does not wash. We had 31 days to try.

Edins says its how tough you are, when discussing transfers are related it to a game of poker. Well storck the result of this game of poker has unfolded. Do you believe in the man calling our hand?

I dont and them empty seats suggest im not alone.

Well if that is the case, then maybe they want to start a bidding war before the old contract runs out, but and it is a big, you stand the risk of alienating your current sponsors and they have none of it.

Lawn and Rhodes left a club with little/no infrastructure behind it. A bog for a pitch. If it hadn’t been for the fans whip round we wouldn’t have upgraded the changing rooms and would have been in breach of league membership rules putting our future at risk.

I Think some of these people have allegences that have there own agenda. Some are very close to our ex manager and others with people from the old guard.
I am sure Rahic has been guilty of some bad treatment of long serving personnel who in turn have spawned mischief.

Are you saying they deliberately milked the club of money, and did not upgrade the stadium due to lack of funds?

Where have I suggested they milked anything?

They didn’t upgrade any infrastructure, why? Because they decided not to. The money went on the team, which looks good and provided us with trips to Wembley and promotion but also created a backlog of investment needed

Lawn and Rhodes are an example of what can be achieved with positive leadership.

No one can deny the mess we were in when Rhodes became chairman; quite how he navigated those waters without the club actually sinking, I've no idea. By hook or by crook, we survived.

When Lawn came on board, we were on a terrible downward spiral. Yes, initially that fall continued; but when Jackson went and Parkinson came on board, Bradford City turned the tide quite dramatically; our achievements were and still are historic.

Yes you can say Parkinson was a god send - but Lawn and Rhodes did NOT mess up Parkinson's plan, and it paid off in spades. That's the positive leadership of which I speak.

Financially and structurally? Yeah, we were treading water, relying on cup runs, etc - but I'd take that over what we have now any day of the week.

Can it happen under Rahic and Rupp?

POSSIBLY - but there's no guarantee.

    Is it happening right?

    Absolutely not. Quite the opposite.

VP is in the worst state I have ever saw it. Toilet are worse than ever. Seats are stinking and staircase nearly broke my neck due to the residue growing on them. Its filthy. Needs addressed.

Exactly, so they couldn’t upgrade the infrastructure. I haven’t seen any infrastructure improvement as yet. We have had the pitch announcements which is to be welcomed. However, the way things are going we could have a shiny new pitch and a 2nd Division team playing on it! Hey I hope I am wrong I really do, nothing would give me greater pleasure than have all my fears shot down.

Structurally we were not treading water. Things were aging and getting worse. Getting further behind. The pitch was getting worse, the ticket system was struggling every big game. The changing rooms were not fit for league football under the new regulations.

They could upgrade but they decided not to.

I’m guessing you haven’t bought a ticket on the new new online system yet. You haven’t seen the investment on the academy structure?

On the subject of the state of the ground we were talking about the back of the Kop last night the highlighted areas of the floor need painting and the Walls and toilets need whitewashing and other little jobs. Surely they could offer people the chance of season tickets in return for a bit of work

Who would have thought. Invest in a team and it may get bums on the seats.

Tell porkies and bums may vacate them seats.

Now whos approach is / was the logical answer to attract Football fans?

One which shows results whilst charging a low price. Or the one that does not perform but promises to charge £1 a game when it reaches its goal.

Fools gold and more fool you storck answers please.
