    I guess this just boils down to people having a different perception of what an appropriate punishment is.

    Some will say a lifetime ban is necessary, no ifs no buts. Others will argue a conditional second chance is the way to go about it.

    Either way there’s perfectly valid logic for both sides of the debate. We just have to let the authorities do what is deemed best.

    The deterrent is in plain sight for all to see and understand. Those that choose to look the other way deserve all the punishment that comes their way.
