Agreed, posts like that falsely inferring some other agenda should merit a warning from moderators imo.

You cannot defend an incompetent employee by claiming criticism is more sinister than it is. Playing the race card or indeed the politics card has no place here.

Maybe I am being naive but is there really anybody who dislikes the owners because they are German? I though anyone who disliked them did so because they felt they were:

    1. Ruining our club
    2. Making decisions that fans disagree with
    3. Sacking a City legend
    4. Stopping the progress we were making
    5. Trying to micro manage
    6. Poor signings (particularly last January)

Maybe other people can add to the list, but surely in this day and age nobody wants rid of them because they're German. That'd be like wanting Stuart sacked cos he has ginger hair (okay, strawberry blonde). It is just daft.

If he had said go back to Baildon would he still be racist ? Would people from Baildon be offended? Would people from Wrose be offended for them? He's not even German he's Bosnian, this country is fall of soft shites being offended by everything rather than seeing the actual problems. I'd like him to feck off to Syria but he isn't from there hope that's ok with all the remain voting gender fluid corbynites out there

I think Rahic is a *@?$ and I don't care where he is from or where he fecks off to. I don't care about anybody's skin colour I don't care about where they hail from. But his permanent residence before moving to England was Germany, and you know what I think it's fair to say that's where he will go back to when we finally get rid of him so if your going to tell him to feck off somewhere I think it's fair to tell him to feck off back to Germany. Now if he's called him a German so and so or Bosnian so and so then that would be different. But he didn't did he, this country does have a racism problem but if anyone thinks that what was racist or xenophobic then they need to lock themselves indoors because everything on the outside will offend them.

I suppose one of the points that I am making, is that all the owners of the clubs which I have included pictures of, are still at their respective clubs, as far as I am aware. So protesting may make supporters ‘feel good’, but will it have any positive effect?

Didn’t Hull City fans protest about a name change? They’re not called Hull Tigers are they?

Similarly, didn’t Cardiff fans complain when Tan changed their colours to red, seen as they were known as the Bkuebirds. I notice they are back to playing in their traditional blue home kits.

Finally, didn’t Liverpool fans protest, by walking out at a pre-determined minute on the clock, over ticket prices. Sure their owners reversed their decision.

Maybe a mass walk out in the 32nd minute to represent the age of the scapegoat?

I'll chip in as well. I can't really help much over here other than contribute.

Also, a protest may not get rid of the them but neither will doing nothing and allowing this farce to continue unchallenged. Even if it just raises awareness or forces minor changes, surely action is worthwhile.

As others have said, we've seen plenty of protests at other clubs that have not achieved their aim and have only served to create further animosity. I think the most effective form of protest could well be the email approach to Stefan - not abusive, angry, shouty emails, but reasoned arguments about what is happening, why we are so worried about it and why as the person with the most to lose financially, he should be too.

I'm not sure that would be the right thing to do mate, if he got a lot of abusive emails I wouldn't want to be the poster who made that possible, the vast majority are good balanced posters but we have a few loose cannons.

What a joke of a post. 56 being made a brand or just a number again.

I’ve had my suspicions before and I think that’s confirmed you’re not really a city fan.

After all the summer issues of not getting a manager/head coach in then having to promote from within I would say alot as changed since beginning of August. I know for a fact Grant McCann didn't want a interview and Grayson was handed the job but turned it down. Edin may have had to bite the bullet to save his skin he will know about fans unrest possible protest and even he wouldnt be stupid to turn a blind eye. If it turns out to be hopkin what as changed in 77 days plus for him to accept no one can say he has been offered the same sort of deal as if that's the case why didn't he take back in the summer?.

There won’t be any protests for the short term at least, the new manager syndrome will ensue that the fans will get behind him. But Rahic is on borrowed time, he’s played his joker early. If this appointment fails he has nothin to fall back on, the very few fans who still side with him will have no options left. His whole dealing of the Collins saga has made him a laughing stock, this is his last roll of the dice.

I’m surprised he didn’t ask me to take on the job Norm, i have no experience and didn’t apply for it so i would have been a perfect candidate.

I have no intention of getting off the Rahic out bus, but he's bought himself a few more stops. Hopkin has a decent honeymoon period because he's experienced. If he has us top half/ top ten by 1st Jan we have a great chance of pushing on and if the signs are that Rahic really has given him full control of football matters then we can let sleeping dogs lie.

Lest we forget, back in 2011 it looked as if Lawn was messing/ influencing team affairs by bringing in Christie who "allegedly" had the final say on all football matters. Parky stopped that in it's tracks. If Hopkin can control Rahic and pull the team together we've got ourselves a good one and only lost out on 10% of the season.

My big regret in this is that for what ever reason, Killa became the final bit of collateral damage, if only he'd sacked Collins after Wycombe and found a way to keep Killa I'd be a lot happier. As it is, conehead number one has gone and for that I rejoice,
