No, it’s a shit idea. Rahic doesn’t want to sell and he’ll avoid games like he did last season when the pressure was on.

 

OK so I take it you wouldn't contribute a £10 , he'll be missing plenty of games then that's for sure .

 

Next home game is against Charlton?

Instead of "debating" why not contact CARD the protest group at Charlton and see if they're up for a joint protest as they did with Coventry.
They are well organised and very experienced campaigners.

Sends a statement out about next season though. I'd rather the owners are made aware at the earliest opportunity that the fans arent prepared to be served up the current diet of sh*t thats being dished out under their reign. I would be bafled by anyone renewing their season ticket for 19/20 as things stand.

 

There were around 6,000 against MK Dons last season regardless of what it said officially, and similar numbers in other games. Rahic didn't change tack then and got the season ticket money again, so why would it work now?

He probably believes his way is genuinely the best way to take the club forward, and I doubt people not turning up will sway it. As it hasn't at every other club that's done the same thing.

 

Count me in at a tenner....also wonder about anything we could do at Blackpool and Charlton, as @InterestedBystander said Charlton fans up for a protest and Blackpool as well...

 

Has any type of protest successfully got rid of owners. To the owners in a situation like this the fans are just an after thought. The low attendances only really started later in the season. Surely if there was a realistic threat to the owners that season ticket sales would be minimal it would scare them into throwing in the towel. The reality is even if it were to succeed there are too may fans who just cant bring themselves to cut their noses off to spite their face ie. they couldnt face a saturday afternoon following the missus round Ikea instead of going to the football even if it would get a positive outcome.

Serious question. Why would anyone have a problem with the simple use of nationality and/or country? I am British. I am a Yorkshireman. I am English. I have absolutely no problem with anyone using these terms to describe me. Why on earth would I?

I’d be up for it. In fact, I’d be happy to stay outside the ground for the start of the Charlton game and then we all arrive 5mins after KO to chants of Rahic out.

Parachute out of the plane Steve , your imprint ( size wise ) will damage the playing area more than landing a cesnna .

 

I'll chip in as well. I can't really help much over here other than contribute.

Also, a protest may not get rid of the them but neither will doing nothing and allowing this farce to continue unchallenged. Even if it just raises awareness or forces minor changes, surely action is worthwhile.
