New Stadium

Surely you have been to Hull or Pontefract?

 

You have certainly re defined the word exciting. Have you seen their league position and goal difference?

 

I don't get this, if the stadium is in South Bradford City fans from North, East, West of Bradford wouldn't attend, its not like Coventry who had to play at Northampton and Birmingham miles away from the Ricoh Arena their home ground.

 

I would have thought Low Moor to Odsal would be less than a mile,certainly not nearly two.

 

I'd rather spend time on North Parade and walk than Low Moor though

 

It's just stupid talk. I get the attachment with Valley Parade, I love the place. But let's not come out with daft statwments that fans wouldn't turn up becuase of the part of town the stadium is in. I understand if the stadium was in another postcode like the Bulls ended up doing. I watched the Bulls for years and although the stadium was past its best, the area in many ways was far better than Manningham. Easier to get away from, no boy racers trying to run you down round midland Road and a good supply of pubs and clubs in Wibsey at the time.

 

I don't get the hyoe with North Parade but then I'm not a drinker. A couple of bars here and there doesn't really get me excited

 

I suppose those of us that do like a decent pint or "two" would probably beg to differ

 

They've had a season of Championship football and will be back to being an exciting, ambitious league 1 side next season. They're far ahead of where we are.

Yer, but you said they were an exciting team-so you meant not now but after they get relegated with a wooden spoon and next season when they become an exciting team? Got ya.

 

So let’s prove my statement wrong if that’s the way forward . There were some stats from BCFC a few years back re season ticket postcodes and it was far and away similar to my reply . That’s why I quoted as I did.

Try catching a train from Baildon to Low Moor?
Not as simple as it was in the 1950,s .
Baildon, Leeds , Bradford Exchange , Low Moor , or Baildon , Bradford FS , walk to Exchange and then Low Moor . That would put an awful lot of people off Roger?

 

Apparently not.
