Loyalty Points & Priority for Away Matches

So why have it. if you can/t reference your accrued points what's the point just give evey one who purchases a season tick X points times by 23 home games, the ticket office don't need to be checking to see why fans points are not showing.

 

I agree no need at all, did that ever get brought up, and if so what was Ryan's answer.

I don't have a problem with selling tickets for away game to non season ticket holders once season ticket holders have had time to purchase theirs.

 

I don't agree with away tickets not being made available on general sale. If the demand from season ticket holders has been met then why not?

Listened to supporters and acted accordingly. It's not a perfect scheme but probably the best and most fair we're going to get at the moment.

I feel I’m a bit long in the tooth for exclusive videos, competitions and members packs (Bradford City hand gel anyone?!)

This type of thing is aimed at a younger market, not the 35-75 year old bloke. 100 “loyalty” points for buying one of these memberships too.

 

Make it £200 and it is £300k

 

Bought 2 last season 100 points is a good start to the new season, worth 5 away games, yes the getting to know stuff early is a bit naff and I've a draw full of Bradford City scarves.

 

I responded to the e-mail say "no thanks, I'll wait to hear what he says in the T&A rather than paying to hear him say (delete as applicable) - Great to be hear, can't wait to get started, the gaffer was the lure, great fan base, sleeping giant etc............"

I actually got a reply saying my query had been resolved, don't hesitate to contact us if you need anymore help.

 

Just checking my balance and to see what i've been allocated so far this season - 10 for the Hull game, 20 for the Crawley game, 0 for Rochdale...thought I might have got 10 measley points for this Saturdays match at least!

 

But it is in fact an away fixture so 20 points should be added accordingly

 

Were the Rochdale tickets for sale on the City Web site if so you should get loyalty points.
I emailed Mick Lamb with regards the Bury game and he said we didn't get loyalty points if they were sold by Bury as it did not go through Bradford City ticketing.
So if you bought them from Bradford City why wouldn't they give you loyalty points, maybe they make it up as they go along.
