Loyalty Points & Priority for Away Matches

I'd love points for pies. If they were edible.

 

An unsure is also not an unhappy vote using that logic.

Hence, a plurality are happy.

 

I'm afraid like the other 15,000 or so City fans who didn't bother wasting their time on this 'survey', I'll just try for tickets for the few away games I wish to go to when they are available to season ticket holders.
If I don't get one, no great loss, I'll watch on TV.
I'm afraid I have stopped enjoying most away games anymore thanks to our 'no pyro no party' followers.
Bollocks to the new scheme that nobody asked for.

 

I'd say most fans are the same, there are away days I like to attend within a couple of hours, if I have enough points I attend if not as yourself it's TV.
It will be interesting what the club do as you say 14,000 didn't reply so not sure they can read much into the survey which was very close in several caturguries.

 

The fans who camped overnight for Burton / Fleetwood and Chelsea tickets most definitely asked for it

 

For the first time for a high profile match tickets were distributed to those who had been to a decent number of qualifying games and not just on the one off. There then were others who still got tickets the following day when they were open to all season ticket holders.

This is a system that worked as intended so talk of changing it is just daft. Kiosk purchases is an idea away with the birds, especially when they can't at some games even allocate you as being there or not due to a turnstile operator not scanning your card properly, got knows what trying to allocate points to someone buying a pie with a queue 20 deep would be like.

If it ain't broke, it doesn't need fixing. I've been to Wrexham plenty of times, it's a shithole and a couple of film stars don't make me think it's the golden ticket next year. It's probably going to be put on TV anyhow as Sky get bored of Salford and go for their new love in.

Just talking to @Rogered Tart about the Wrexham game possible being covered by Sky for the reasons you posted above, but Rogered being a big Marvel fan he believes Ryan Reynolds is busy filming sh1tpool 3 , sorry Deadpool 3.
But I have to admit if they do attend the City game I could be tempted to take a quick picture, as most opposition directors etc sit several seats behind us.

 

So, by the same theory, a massive 77.59% didn't say they disliked the old scheme.

Agreed, and so the 1800 who bothered are in effect the regular away travellers and therefore if 70% of them people are happy with the current setup then the club should keep it the same.
The 30% who aren’t happy should maybe try to get to more games.

 

I answered the survey stating I didn’t want any points for individual home games. Apply 200 for buying a ST , maybe 100 for buying a shirt but the rest should all be from attending away games.

edit. Cup games should attain points, maybe even a bigger amount to entice more people because quite frankly the fa cup attendances are shockingly poor

 

Will we get points for purchasing tickets for the away friendly at Bury as its going through Burys ticketing.

 

Yeah if you forward the confirmation email to Mick Lamb with your membership numbers for each ticket, he will apply the 20 points

 

We've never got loyalty points for away friendly games, we didn't last year for York etc.
The loyalty points were halved for home friendly games and I expect they will be the same again this year.

I agree. But I guess they allocate the points per home game to encourage ST holders to attend all home games, both to keep the actual crowd numbers up and to sell more beer, pies etc.

 

There seems to be some massive difference of opinion on this.
I know with 1000% certainty that points get added for home games even if you don’t attend.
I know this because I have friends who work 1 weekend every month and this often clashes with home games, yet when we looked at the points allocated it was there in black and white that 20 points were added even for a game they did not attend.
So all this BS about scanners not working is simply BS.
