I thought the points were awarded due to the income stream generated for the club. If you are buying directly from the home club I'm not sure what the club are getting out of the deal?

This is exactly why when they were launched away matches were only worth 10 points compared with 20 for home as the club get next to nothing and lose money sometimes on away tickets but they had to u turn because of the pressure from fans.

    Fair point.

An absolute disgrace if the club need to ask themselves what they "get" from traveling fans though.

I have absolutely no idea what you’re trying to say here, maybe all the question marks confused me, I don’t know. Or maybe just trying to pick an argument I don’t know

Anyway, hope I see you down at Crawley next Saturday pal

Thought as much, a whinge purely for the sake of a whinge.

    Just totting up the figures.

If you had a season ticket for the last 3 season you would have 2 x 150 & for some reason this year 1 x 200 points, so 500 points.
Then you would have 20 points per home game so 46 x 20 points so, 920 points.

So without any other games everyone should be on or around 1,420.

So to qualify for Morecambe tickets which were at 1,600 you would have had to of attended 4 away games or 4 home cup games and bought a membership or Attended 9 none season ticket games in the last two years would bridge that gap.

When you look at it like that, it's a pretty low bar.

Hull, Blackburn and Harrogate cup games last season + a Papa Johns or Doncaster/Rochdale away where plenty of tickets were available or even Accrington Stanley 2 days ago with a membership and you qualify for tickets.

Then again if that level hasn't been reached which is a pretty low bar then you take your chances with the free for all where over 600 tickets were made available this morning.
