1. He was wound-up by the keepers antics, he was foolish to strike out, but not an attitude problem

2. He may well have done that out of frustration of the result, much like a lot of fans on the kop booing.

3. A bizarre post, I will give you that, but again don't see that as an attitude issue.

4. His dad probably posted that without Kian knowing, again no evidence of an attitude problem from Kian himself.

All I can see is a kid desperate to be given a chance here.

 

Fir some balance, although the lad didn't play yesterday, he came over to the kop after the final whistle and applauded the fans.

 

Also i believe the post about his dogs was back in July before the season had started. Selling his dogs to concentrate on his football. Sensible move

 

It must be so frustrating to be the father of a young lad trying to find his way in the modern game with all the media where everyone can give their opinion with regards everything in life not just football, as we see on here after games many opinions of the game we have all just witnessed differ so much you can understand a proud dad reading some of the (lets say some of outrageous stuff posted on here) and not be annoyed, but then again if the kid was playing and scoring he would enjoy the positive comments with regards Kian.

 

I see Kian Harratt has been fined for hare coursing.

I was hoping he could still make an impact with us, but if this is his idea of a good day out then I don't think he is any sort of role model I would like in our club.
Sounds like he is as unpleasant an individual as his Dad.

If they were not told, it reflects badly on Harratt and possibly Town if they knew as well.
For me there are too many issues with Harratt. He is hot headed as we saw with the sending off. When given another chance he hasn't taken it so far. His father making public comments is something Hughes could do without. Now this, fair enough he has been dealt with by the courts, but it brings our club into disrepute. He isn't our player, he hasn't been good on the pitch so I think he should go back.

 

Totally agreed - too much baggage and not the sort of person the club want to be associated with. Get rid.

 

Playing devils advocate here.
But..... If he had been a regular starter and had contributed a double figure goal tally, would everyone still be glad to see the back of him?

 

Would there be a financial penalty to this? We have to tread carefully as we have a fairly good relationship with Hudds especially with Critchlow being on loan and a key player for us. My question is did Hudds know about this and not let us know? That’s where fall outs might happen.
