You make some very valid points in this statement.

Stockport were the bookies favourites to win the league before the season, and whilst the bookies can and do get it wrong, more often than not there is credible reasoning behind favouritism in any betting markets.

Furthermore, an acquaintance of mine is a Stockport fan who attends every home and away game. He seems to suggest that they have been very unlucky in many of their games - plagued by red cards, penalties, stoppage time goals conceded etc and correctly states all their losses have been by just the 1 goal.

Finally, every Stockport game this season has seen them dominate practically all stats such as xG, SoT, corners, possession etc. When one is consistently performing well, bad form and bad luck will eventually turn into good results.

 

And they did it today without their best and most likely goal scoring midfielder Sarcevic for virtually all the 2nd half.

If Huddersfield wanted him to come to Valley Parade for whatever reason I'm not sure his agent could do anythingwith regards his employers decision, it was a club decision they are paying him.

 

Agents rule. The agent would just say he’s under contract and staying here. Not joining Bradford City, find another club.

 

At this rate, rightly or wrongly, he'll blame the club for ruining his career. I'd be tempted to scrap our current formation and try something new to accommodate him and give him chance to prove himself.

doesn’t seem like a stable character to me, and whilst he isn’t bringing much/any good to the team, what’s the point in having him around. Isn’t doing him or us any favours.
