Not only is Kian a cracking prospect, but he’s a great character too. I’ve seen many Vale fans compare him to an excited puppy!! Quite accurate. You’ll love him. His interviews are ace. Zero media training.

When we played Swindon in the play-off semi’s, their team were arrogant beyond belief and were shooting their mouths off left, right and centre all over the media and socials, fuelled largely by bell-end extraordinaire Harry Mc Kirdy. Harry has that unique goal celebration imitating a machine gun. He did it right at our fans when he scored down at their dump. When we beat them in the replay, Harratt ran from the bench and ran across the front of the away stand machine gunning all their fans whilst all the other players celebrated. It’s legendary!!!

Good luck next season. We were so glad to be finally back out of that god awful league, and a team like Bradford shouldn’t be down there either.

Hope he scores a bag full for you then gets recalled in Jan and sent back to us!

Hi Guys, Vale fan in peace.
This happened while he was at Vale. He seemed a decent sort but turns out he's a wrong Un. I'm glad that City have terminated his loan and the consensus amongst Vale fans seems to be the same as on here. He has to go. He was a fan favourite but this kind of activity belongs in the Rees-Moog not Modern day Britain.

Footballers are just people like ourselves that are doing a job and don't need all this shit splattered all over the place. Some supporters need to get a life instead of stalking the players and writing crap on social media , at the end of the day we go to watch a football match and there's no need to be obsessed with what the players do in their private life's.

 

Who is our chief scout? Next time he’s asking a club if they have any poachers on their books, he needs to be more specific.

If they were not told, it reflects badly on Harratt and possibly Town if they knew as well.
For me there are too many issues with Harratt. He is hot headed as we saw with the sending off. When given another chance he hasn't taken it so far. His father making public comments is something Hughes could do without. Now this, fair enough he has been dealt with by the courts, but it brings our club into disrepute. He isn't our player, he hasn't been good on the pitch so I think he should go back.

 

I was hoping he could still make an impact with us, but if this is his idea of a good day out then I don't think he is any sort of role model I would like in our club.
Sounds like he is as unpleasant an individual as his Dad.

 

Hare Coursing is a cruel and barbaric so called 'sport'. It is no surprise that it's linked to organised crime.
This young man was, up until very recently, involved (what appears to be) on a regular basis in a highly illegal activity.
Putting aside all the hypothetical clap trap about comparing it to other crimes. Let just deal with what he has done.
This was not a 'one off' where he made a silly mistake one night like drink driving. He took part willingly on a regular basis in what is a particularly cruel crime.
He shouldn't be allowed to pull on a jersey and represent this club.
There's a lot of debate about this clubs new brand image. Where does this sit within that image?
Harratt may have been punished by the courts but that fails to deal with this young man carring the responsibility of being a public figure.
If he is so enamored with tearing a creature to bits then perhaps half time we could release him onto the pitch and then chase him down with a pack of dogs for our 'entertainment'.

If a footballer commits animal cruelty or any other type of crime then they are on thin ice working in a profession where they are seen as role models irrespective of whatever sentence the courts decide on. If the footballer in question is on facebook and uses a profile pic of him wearing the training kit of a particular club and joins a public facebook group which advocates an illegal activity and posts in that group about how he is engaged in that illegal activity then you have to question if someone with that mentality is cut out to be a professional footballer.

Just to be clear, the following link to the East Midlands Hare Coursing Facebook group contains some very unpleasant imagery and it would appear that Kian was last out with his dogs 3 weeks ago (3 out of 4 hares killed):

But..... If he had been a regular starter and had contributed a double figure goal tally, would everyone still be glad to see the back of him?

 

He was still part of an illegal group following this barbaric pursuit as recently as 2 weeks ago, maybe still is. Doesn't sound like he has learnt from his mistake from April when he was arrested.

Don't want him here anymore. If he plays for us now, he will get some right stick from the fans, which won't do the team any favours.

Bin him back to the doggies of Huddersfield now, I say.

People may express their reservations about signing youngsters who haven’t fully proven themselves at this level. But it is a refreshing change to see that we are signing players from teams who have done well in the previous season. Compared to former seasons where we were signing players from relegated teams, Namely Scunthorpe
