I didn't see the graphic FB although I have heard similar elsewhere. Seriously though I'm struggling to see what it could possibly be based on. I just don't get the feeling that Cooke has been creating chance after chance. I see a player who gets himself in good positions then fails to take responsibility by either taking the man on or playing a killer pass, instead turning back and laying it off. I might be wrong but I just haven't seen this chance creating machine

 

His finishing is poor, I agree. But the stats do indicate we create plenty of chances. We just don’t take them anywhere near enough.

Winger who knew where the net was in the Dutch divisions, routinely scoring 6 or 7 goals a season. Has struggled to get game time for Wednesday and Darren Moore says he's been putting in a lot of extra work to increase his physicality.

We could offer to give him a try, he will need game time, and Moore reckons he will eventually become a regular at Wednesday - but if that's not forthcoming in January, I'd love to see a goalscoring winger added to the ranks.

Should be interest higher up the pyramid, but why not throw an offer their way in January.

Wider point: Lot's of good quality EFL players come from Ireland. We should be looking there.

 

Stockport have hardly been ripping up the National League this season, currently sitting in the same position in their league as we are. If I was a fan I wouldn't be happy with that given how much money they are throwing at it.

Yes, was looking at the table. Quite surprising, both them and Wrexham not right up there. Also noticed the Woking record @simons (woking bantam) - played 14, won 7, lost 7, no draws! Quite unusual!
