I don’t call winning boring and Grayson has a history of winning. Stuff the style of play we can worry about that where we have a platform for it.

 

Everybody is different, I go to be entertained, since Grayson arrived I keep wishing for a game like v Posh..................that we lost 1-3. It's been utter garbage for me.

But their plan is/was not to "fund" a promotion chasing team, but to build one, so how will it work with Grayson?

 

There is absolutely no reason for discussions to wait any longer, it's not like there is anything riding on the last couple of games. Why the hell are we letting him dictate when talks will take place?

There is nothing to stop him from committing now, but Grayson's reluctant stance borders on sheer arrogance from a man who as obviously made his mind up.

Because he already pulled the owners pants don't when they hired him on his 6 months terms and letting the world know he turned down 2/3 years.

 

I want someone in charge who's desperate to manage City, not someone who'll do it on his own terms. Cant believe the arrogance of the man, who plays god awful football to boot! Lets give a young up and coming manager a chance this time, its worked in the past.

 

I'm not sure it's about him being able to work under them, but more about him holding out for a better offer. This is the reason he refused to commit to a long term contract in the first place imo.

I wouldn't mind that. However, my fear is that a younger manager would become edin's puppet and settle for a tiny budget. We need a strong character like Grayson to keep edin in his place

 

Stuff the style of play? You’ve just been arguing the toss that Law is too ‘sideways’ a player and doesn’t do enough to excite. Make your chuffing mind up Park.

Your argument is that he doesn’t do enough, yet he rarely gives the ball away. Teams need players like that, but you’ve been his biggest critic. So, does style of play matter or not???

 

Which is why I think he’s already made his mind up. I don’t think he has any intention of holding further talks with us. After the Scunny game, he’ll be gone.

Exactly probably the match I enjoyed most this season was Portsmouth good old lower league football. We can play “Good football” when we are in a league that suits it.
