I'm bored of the excuses now at Bradford City. Edin has gone.

We need to start getting back winning ways on and off the pitch!

 

No but I expect the club to be more meaningful when it comes to results.

If Bradford City isn't about gaining results on the pitch then we all might as well not bloody bother.

 

I believe @Onside87 has an issue with Julian Rhodes, he/she never has a good word for Julian.

 

Rhodes needs to prove himself next season mate. Glad he is back but so far he has to be questioned.

 

Repete after repeat after repeat, its becoming a little boring.
Edin has gone you got that right, but I would suggest to any fair minded Bradford City fan the legacy that man left at our club wont be solved this season, three professionals have had a go at getting results from this shower of a squad and have all failed miserably.

 

Collins and Hopkin both should never ever have been appointed when they did.

Bowyer is failing mate but clearly you like failure so you carry on trying to make a case for him.

I bet Bowyer himself isn't happy with his results so far!

 

Hes the CEO he runs the day today stuff how can he possibly be held responcable for what finance Stefan does or doesn't put into the club, he can only advise. Hopefully with that advice and Stefans finance it will make our club sucsessful that then should add value to a club that at the present time is no where near the price Stefan originally paid for Bradford City.

 

As CEO of the company you're correct he can't be held responsible for what Mr Rupp puts in but let's not forget he took this club down before and sold the club to Mr Rupp and Edin.

I want to see him prove himself next season I don't mean by offering cheap season tickets.

The club off the pitch needs to do better and certainly on it.

Seems that one of the decisions is to offer Bowyer a 2 year contract. Based on what? I hope Bowyer turns it round and gets off to a great start next season because that decision will be questioned come October if we're struggling.

I've no problem with Rhodes being here but I am starting to get concerned about the direction the club is going at.

Bradford City seems to have no footballing Identity on and off the pitch!

 

We all agree Collins should never have been appointed, but surely you realise why Edin appointed him......don't you ?.
Your Hopkin comment is nonsence, a month into a new season perfomances dire Edin was starting to panic because he realised the buck stopped at his door he certainly didnt want Stefan coming over going through our club, so he needed a quick fix Hopkin was out of work his record up in Scotland with Livingston was good so Edin took the risk.
Unfortunatly he couldnt get a tune from this shower, neither can Bowyer at the moment can't you see a pattern forming here, and its not the manager.
I do agree with you're last comment, I'm sure Bowyer is frustrated with his record so far, but like it or not he has to be given next season at least, and I believe he will sign a two year contract maybe this coming week.

 

He will bite Rhodes hand off to sign the contract mate.

I only hope that Bowyer has agreed a good budget with Rupp for next season because he will need it.

What he likes and what he gets may be two different things. I suspect he will need to ship out a few before making some of his 'key' signings.

 

What is it with your obsession with Steve Evans, I think it is clear from his previous positions that he has not been a total success. Peterborough fans were really pleased to get rid of him. His style of management is gross, shouting and balling out players. Do you honestly think that tactic would work with our fragile squad. By the sounds of it, they can barely deal with constructive criticism never mind serious destructive criticism.

 

I agree we need bodies out to balance the books player wise, but Julian needs to make Stefan aware that the team building for next season has to be his priority we can't allow Rahic's poor judgement to scupper next seasons signings, I accept that will be a big call for Stefan if we can't shift the likes of Wright, Reeves, Riley, McCartan, Gibson, Scannel, Patrick.
Hopefully Bowyer gets the likes of above and says it's a clean sheet if they fancy staying, they knuckle down and Bowyer will give them a chance, maybe some of the said players don't fancy it at Valley Parade after all that's gone on and tell their agents to put the word out they would be open to a move.

 

My god you are gullible! All I’ve heard recently from the club is bullshit and bluster. It’s a piss poor effort in trying to placate an increasing section of fans that aren’t buying into the crap.

 

‘One thing that should please the fans’, we’re dropping down to league 2 FFS. There is nothing to be happy about football wise. I’ll be renewing my season tickets but only out of dumb loyalty to the club, i certainly ain’t gettting exited about a hard fought victory against the likes of Yeovil. Isn’t one game i’m looking forward to football wise, just use the game as an excuse to to have a laugh with my lad.

 

I will judge we were ready when we have signed and completed our squad, hopefully by the end of June. Other than that, it is all just words. We have not been ready since Parky was here.

 

I’ll buy a season ticket but it’ll be a desperate day if I decide to attend. The place just feels rotten to the core and desperate.

 

"loan situation" - What about if he's not playing because playing another game triggers a payment?

 

Then he's still been dropped!

We're not in the position to worry about payments when we are fighting to stay in the division.
