Gary Bowyer - manager next season

None of this job for the boys and people club rubbish though.

This club needs to start getting tough.

The soft core is running throughout the club and on to the pitch.

 

Well if you want what you're asking don't talk about it on here get the club phoned up with an offer that they will look at seriously then you will get your wish to run the club as you see it should be run.
You'll be able to get all your own staff that you see fit to run the club.

It's not rewarding failure Fordy. Its giving a proven manager a chance to rebuild a shocking squad into a competitive one which can challenge for promotion - which is one of his key abilities. Which ever manager came in, this season was a write off with the damage done by Edin, Collins and Hopkin.

 

Just heard Wally Downes interviewed after Dons 2-1 at Scunny ...did he inherit players that were so much better than ours ? They've been cut adrift at the bottom ages yet he's created a "We might not win but we won't lose mentality" he's instilled organisation and made them harder to beat. Hes made the difference and now they've hauled themselves in with more than a chance ! ? Bowyer ???? I ask you ?? Rhodes needs to revisit this ? Why not put it to the fans who we would like to see it needn't be binding it could just be an indicative vote ! . #Bowyerexit

Bowyer was hired because that's who the fans wanted. There is no doubt about that. Hopkin was hired because there werent any better alternatives.
Bowyer might well get us out of league 2 but so he should as he will have by far the biggest budget in that league.

One thing that should please fans is Bowyers insistence that he likes to get all his signings except loans done in May and June.

I'm not sure thats correct with regards Bowyer, Hopkin walked on Monday 29th February.the club appointed Bowyer on 4 March, are you suggesting Julian asked the likes of @Glenn Ackroyd and @wetherbywhaler to read as many fans forums as possible and take a string poll of who the fans wanted.....really.
