Interested to see the result of that game, could be playing either teams next season, wonder if French will be brought on.

Oddly Fordy I think it’s for the best , whatever the behind the scenes reasons. If truth be known ..as a mobile forward he was immobile.
His demeanour says he would never be a battler, he gave up everything rather quickly. I can’t honestly recall ever seeing him, hunt down and Harry a defender and actually put a tackle in?
Weird I know but other than a shot....what else did he bring? A luxury player, a battling side could not afford.
I wish him luck, but I certainly won’t lose any sleep.

Rowe knows all about that level of football he should be very much at home, it will be interesting Wrexham have lost their last 3 games whilst Chesterfield have won their last two, IMO Rowe will give a big lift for their squad.

 

Other way round Bronco. Chesterfield lost their last two. Halifax beat them in midweek.

We could actually be playing Halifax next season if they maintain their good run of form. Pretty hard to contemplate that.

By all means disbelieve it, I don’t believe half the tripe on social media/forums so I don’t blame those that are dismissive. I am extremely reliably informed that is what happened. I don’t know any further information about it as all parties are clearly trying to keep it under wraps.

 

I was always in defence of Rowe and have been his advocate since he came to us but after finding this out I think it’s the right decision made by the club and I retract my comment of a few days ago that it’s another sh*tshow from City.

 

Is this in relation to the rumour that was doing the rounds at the time he supposedly had a bad cold, or is it something that is alleged to have happened more recently?

 

Can't be beyond the realms of possibility, look how he would just come on as a sub and barge over the first opposition player that he comes across...
