Wouldn’t this be signed after Rupp agreed to meet them. From what I heard (might be wrong), the potential buyers received a reply that the club is not for sale. If this is the case, there would be no reason why they couldn’t go public and say they are interested in buying the club but the owner won’t listen to offers. That ramps up the pressure massively on Rupp and may force him into talks, where the NDA can then be signed.

Yes, and to be fair I think that is what the chair is wanting, but acknowledged that they need the backing of fans to give credence to this.

The chair said he had contacts in the media in Germany that they can potentially use.

Well said Dennis. The meeting was a start, I think I heard there was 40 ppl there, and between 400 - 600 online. I think @Inspector@Inspector suggested that if we get through tonight big if I know, but we could think about have a fly past @JonButterfield@JonButterfield organised last time whilst the cameras are there. With these type of protests it is picking the best moment. That will require cash, and if Jon could arrange more than happy to contribute. Other fans look at us and feel sorry for us that we are still down here. We used to be a proud vibrant club, now we are to be pitied. The very least the club could do is come up with a plan of action.

Who the frig are Bantams Banter anyway?? Aren't they those 2 little annoyances who tried making themselves semi-famous on the back of the cup runs we had under Parky? 2 bloody non-entities who thought they were funny, but couldn't be further from the truth!

Well said. 2 key positives to the session last night for me:

    1. It's started a conversation around the need for unity and representation. Something organised rather than a disparate set of grumbles.

    2. I thought the tone was largely spot on. i.e. it recognised but kept emotion in check, and spoke to the need for us to keep in mind a sliding scale of actions, based on how things progress from here. The initial focus has to be, to build a meaningful dialogue with Rupp and the club, such that the material concerns we have are well represented. Something that moves the narrative from beyond 'a fickle fan base who are are part of the problem', to a fanbase who have serious concerns about the running and future of the club. If those concerns fall on deaf ears, then the rationale for more disruptive action becomes increasingly warranted and proportionate.

Allegedly 3 firm offers for the club Wagmi American and a Yorkshire syndicate all rebuffed
The accounts minded people on here say hes not taking bonuses, dividends out of the club
Makes me wonder just exactly what he's in it for it certainly ain't profit
Can only presume we are a vanity project to him a hobby/ something to make him look the big man !!!
@Park bantam@Park bantam suggestion of talks with him look futile considering the above for some reason he wants to keep hold of us
His reluctance to fund the club only leaves the alternative of not buying season tickets to force his hand not ideal but maybe a solution

Evident in calls to sell Jake Young for £200k. It was a 'good price' for the leagues top scroer.

Think its time to hang up the bobble hat and put the season ticket in the drawer.

Ive been going since 1990 and my Mrs is sick of me telling her I have had enough and 'not going again'. I always do but I am tired. Don't think im getting a season ticket next season. Will just pick and choose the home ties and go to more away games instead.

Sorry, late to the party as watched the first hour and then did other stuff so only logged on here this morning. As a starter for 10 I think this is great work @BerlinBantam@BerlinBantam! I'm well used to OKRs and the idea of breaking down bigger objectives into smaller, achievable, chunks. Good work my friend!

I'm trying to get a few more games in abroad, really enjoyed the experience and not having the day ruined due to my emotional tie in.

Nor me mate, far from it. I just remember them being on the look north every time we progressed further in the cups, like they were some sort of celebrity faces representing the club. Might have even made it onto football focus. Annoying

Similar to me whenever England are in the euro's or world cup. I always proclaim "this is our tournament, I can feel it, this time is different!" and the wifes standard reply is "don't you say this every time?" :joy:

If you apply an assumption that Rupp is taking dividends, and Sparks is taking a CEO salary having been over-promoted and recognising he's unlikely to get a similar salary elsewhere based on his CV, the approach being taken by both makes a lot of sense.

I might be wrong, and as usual I expect @Dennis@Dennis is the man to ask. As I understood it he doesn't take a dividend but the club pays a management fee to the holding company

So as i thought, not much has come from this, even the fans are divided on how to go about trying to encourage change.
How about a small statement at Saturday's game. Everyone stays on the concourse until after kick off, say 5 mins.
A completely empty stadium would be quite telling.
