Their growth is coming from outside of the EU though. The reason it has surpassed London is not because of trade within the EU, its because its products are desirable globally.

But nobody is claiming that Brexit is making our trade situation better? Its why its not even news, its not even an argument. Eventually we'll stop treating these things as headline worthy.

But the point that it wouldn't have happened if Brexit hadn't happened is unproven. Luxury items bought on the global level may still have overtaken banking and financial services eventually, who knows? That's why I ask whether you believed it was due to Brexit because these type of demographic changes could, and possibly would, have happened at any time.

GB news is the only news channel worth watching these days.

None of the politically correct wokery nonsense you get from BBC, ITV and even Sky these days

Talking of GB news. A good but sad report this morning about the homeless in Blackpool sleeping out in the cold and wet weather, inckuding an army veteran suffering with PTSD, whilst the nearby Metropole Hotel is paid to host 300 illegal immigrants, feeding them and providing warm rooms and beds. Shame on the Government for allowing this to happen up and down the country

Based on a 0.2% respondent rate on a far-left social media platform. Sounds legit.

Sky are by far the worst ones for it. They have the most virtue signalling without a shadow of a doubt.

Employees of Sky are treated to daily emails regarding Gay Uncle days, Pansexual awareness days, paid Transgender education sessions (during work hours), the list goes on. They're even forced to put post-it notes on walls in their offices to promote positive LGBTQIA+ messages, as well as having all year round pride flags draped around their offices.

And yet GB news decided to put a poll on there then couldnt find the courage to mention the results. Is that what you want from your news sources?

GB news along with Talk TV are joke channels based on the public loving comedy and Hello magazine.

Anyone, on either side of the political spectrum, that only uses one source of information is simply ignorant with tunnel vision which only allows for their own political confirmation bias to appease their narrow views.

This, you'll be saddened to hear, is by far more prevalent from those on the left whom seem to only use their comfortable left-orientated sources as they can't weave their way out of that tunnel to learn and/or understand other perspectives on life. Kudos to those who can, but many can't.

When questioned on the above, or similar, he or she on the left will resort to insults as they genuinely cannot debate as they only have one piece of the puzzle OR they feel uncomfortable with anything that doesn't conform to their thinking (hence why the petty/childish insults often seen on here for example only come from the left).

    Anyway, back to the main point, people on the right generally listen to left wing viewpoints and listen to right wing viewpoints and base their views on either;

    a) fact
    b) logic
    c) reality

Whereas the left tend to base their views on fantasy and/or unrealistic resolutions.

To summarise - if you use only one source, or one type of source, then your stance doesn't carry much weight. That applies to anyone with any political view.

With regards to GB News - they air discussions and debates that the mainstream don't due to their woke narratives. So fair play to them. But as for using that as a sole source of information, absolutely not.

    Hahaha

If only you could hear yourself.

What left leaning publications do you read in order to avoid any bias?

I'm sorry, but this is a sweeping generalisation and simply not true. How many right wingers read the Guardian to get a different perspective? Hardly any, I'd say. Certainly, on here, if anything is posted from the Guardian it is immediately dismissed out of hand by those of a more right wing persuasion, even when reporting incontrovertible facts. Anything vaguely left of centre, however mildly, is castigated as 'woke lefty nonsense', if it is read at all. This, despite the fact that many of the Guardian writers are much nearer the centre than the left.

I would happily read articles from quality right wing papers such as the Telegraph and the Times but, unfortunately, they are all behind paywalls. I'm certainly not going to read the Mail, Express or Sun because they are simply scurrilous rags dealing in stirring up hatred and appealing to the basest instincts of those with little ability or interest in thinking beyond their own petty prejudices.

What you don't seem to realise is how far the political discourse in this country (and elsewhere) has moved to the right. Views and policies that would have been seen as mainstream, and shared by all three major political parties, in the 50s, 60s & 70s are now, bizarrely, seen as left wing. Most of the current Tory Party MPs and policies would have been dismissed as right wing extremist back then. Thatcher dragged the Tory Party hard to the right in the 80s and it has kept on going in the same direction ever since.

Brexit is the least of our problems with huge amount the Tories have borrowed since getting in to power. The loan repayments in the next few years will amount to twice the amount we spend on the NHS

Perhaps Michelle Mone could donate £29 million to the NHS.
