I suppose the key point is that we have an admission that the FA cup defeat had a material impact on the transfer window last January, which throws into question the preparation for the January window. Who knows, had we beaten Yeovil the ball picker might have picked out Reading away which would have pretty much left us scratching around for players.
It also all but confirms that Edin Rahic threw a hissy fit about missing out on a potential windfall. This hissy fit obviously caused major problems in the club...McCall not supported and leaving, players wanting to leave and the general decline of our club.

Have to disagree that we would definitely have drawn Man U. The same number ball or not had we won lots of football related things and beyond would now be different.
We may have still got the same draw but maybe not, if Edin thinks losing to Yeovil meant we lost out on playing Man U he is wrong, we missed out on the chance of a big tie in round 3.Fools Gold, Onside and Hulmebantam like this. -

Both owners knew that there was a rent review periodically, I think every 5 years so someone didn't to their due diligence very well.
I think the latest rise was June/July and was around the £5k mark.QCFC BANTAM, Jay and Get Rid Of It like this. -
However, this paying a loan back out of the working capital is something I don’t agree with, and like you point out, we the fans and sponsors are basically buying the club for them, meanwhile our team is sub standard.

However, we won't go out of existence, Halifax didn't, Aldershot didn't, Darlington didn't and Spanish clubs go "pop" all the time before a pheonix is ready for the next season. They need to fear losing the club, not the fans.Rogered Tart, Jay and Onside like this. -
Furthermore I trust our accountants on here to examine what has been said and checked it out. -
In comparison to other grounds, I understand independent analysis has shown City gets a reasonable/pretty good deal.
In terms of football income by division vs rent, the cost of VP looks something like this ...
Premier League = Peanuts
Championship = Cheap
League One = Affordable
League Two = Expensive -

The Trust's role should be to represent its members and the supporters in general.
They need to urgently reconsider their position. I think they have seriously misjudged the mood of most supporters and, if they don't change tack, they will quickly find themselves becoming an irrelevance.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

Jeremy Paxman was not abusive but he often got answers to awkward questions.
They have done themselves and all of us a huge diservice by meekly failing to extract one single meaningful answer.
